It's in a former Ruby Tuesday, and there is a bar. We sat at the bar, and were brought some chips and salsa before we had even ordered any drinks. The menu was large, and the prices were reasonable. There were also some happy hour specials on margs and beer. A 21 ounce glass of margarita (with ice) for $5.99. They had a handful of draft beers as well. The food was good enough, and came out in a decent amount of time. I had the enchiladas Mexican flag, three chicken enchiladas, one with red sauce, one with white sauce and one with green sauce served on a piping hot plate, and had no complaints about it.
