We are both Americans but I have had a LOT of authentic Mexican food, including in Mexico and home cooked Mexican food by Mexican friends. The food wasn't terrible, but it did not taste very Mexican to us. Upon seating, we were provided with a basket of very hard/firm and thick tortilla chips accompanied by 2 tiny ramekins of salsa (1 was a red tomato salsa and the other a smooth green avocado salsa). The red salsa tasted like salted tomato and little else (not much flavor) and the avocado salsa tasted, well, like salted avocado and lemon. I didn't taste or see any cilantro or onions anywhere. Chomping on the chips made my jaws tired and might hurt your teeth if you have sensitive teeth. We each ordered a different enchilada dish (see photos). Mine came with 2 enchiladas and was filled with generous helpings of bland shredded chicken that had the texture of a paste. The red sauce on top tasted like Italian tomato sauce rather than enchilada sauce. I was disappointed by the lack of flavor. They didn't even ask me if I wanted it spicy (it wasn't). The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because it was a cute place with thoughtful decor that makes an effort to give you a nice experience. There is indoor seating on the first and second floors as well as a nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas. The waitstaff was nice and attentive. I'd give it 2.5 stars so I rounded up. I just wish the food was better. (If the food was better I'd give it 4 stars!). Not sure whether I will return.

Fajita is a really great some what healthy lunch option. They specialize in fajitas so naturally they have crafted a smart and tasty menu. They have a variety of base fajitas that come with for example lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mayo, and then you get to choose a base from beef, chicken or mushrooms. They are perfectly sized and the only thing that leaves you wanting more are their incredible flavors. Each bite is a burst of deliciousness. They have a small inside seating area which is cute and simple. I personally always come to this place when I need a last minute lunch pick up. They are pretty quick and the best thing to bring to a working lunch.

I recommend the vegetarian which they make with fresh mushroom, bell pepper, and olives, yum! You can buy individual slices or take home a huge pizza all for yourself. The people who work here are so nice and always helpful. You are greeted with a smile and given excellent service. You can even watch while they assemble your pizza right in front of you. Tip They do not accept credit cards so come with cash. If you want to take your own personal pizza home with you expect to wait about 10 minutes.
