Was a sad day for pizza lovers. I ordered a cowboy, thin crust extra cheese 35 minutes ago. Being disabled sucks, but what sucks even more is pissing ones pants as I unload my walker from the car. Upon entering PapA Murphys pizza establishment in Selah WA.. I attempted to pick up my dinner. I brought a $100 bill (suitable currency in most cities) they said they don't have enough money to break the hundy. I argued... you don't have a safe to retrieve some change? Nope! So I haven't used this store in nine months and phoned in an order tonight. First of all the lady took five minutes to acknowledge me. Obviously upset when she came over to the counter, as if how dare I make her do her job. This was apparent by her sigh of psshhtt when she picked up her pen and just looked at me like I offended her. Didn't let me use a $2 off any pizza coupon because one of the crusts didn't apply, while the other one did. So I tried to get a military discount and no joy. End up back at the house and realize one of the pizzas wasn't even right. Now shame on me for not checking in the store, but shame on Papa Murphy for hiring the worst sales clerk ever. Ordered a family size cowboy and a large chicken Mediterranean without tomato and olives to substitute.Boys got home with pizza and it was a large cowboy and Mediterranean had tomatoes and no olives. Called to get correct pizzas made. Boys went down a second time inconvenient to our plans. Asked for compensation and they declined. Since when did customer service come to the level of not regarding ppls time?! Mistakes happen we accept that, but acknowledge it and make it right by compensating. read more

I can't even give PaPa Murphy's a one star 90% of the time when we want pizza we come here. This evening my boyfriend & I decided to stop here & order a pizza on our way home from our daughter's house, we go in & right before us a lady & her two children had went in they go to the counter order their pizza got a liter of pop, we go to the counter, order our pizza, the cashier was very friendly, she gave us the copy of the ticket & she put the order ticket on the pizza prep counter, there were three people prepping pizza's (one whom was the store manager, but did not know that at this time, as she was not wearing a name tag). More people came in picked up their pizza's which had been called in, no big deal, six other people came in, walked up to counter, placed order, sat down ten minutes passed, I told my boyfriend we never wait this long for pizza, thgey are always fast, he say's let's wait a bit longer, looks like they have people coming in & picking up pizza's that they called in, so we wait, twenty minutes we wait all these six people that came in after we did, ordered their pizza's, sat down, their names were called and they left, so my boyfriend & I go up to the counter to find out why it is taking so long, he handed the cashier his pizza ticket receipt, she asks his name, he tells her, the first person in line dressed in black says I don't have your ticket, I can't find it, I lost your ticket, I say :you lost the order ticket, how can you lose an order ticket, Patrick say's I want to talk to your manager, she say's I am the manager, I say :you're the manager & you lost an order ticket, sorry lady that is not a very good manager & very irresponsible on your part, you call youself a manager? she tells me I've been managing this place for twenty years" I say: PaPa Murphys has not been in Selah for twenty years so there's no way you have managed this for twenty years. Six other people have come in, placed an order sat down & waited for their name to be called, got their pizza & left it has been TWENTY MINUTES LADY " she say's I lost your ticket, sorry" I say: Sorry??? that's all you have to say is sorry? sorry don't cut it lady, (the who;le time she is giggling & smiling and say's I don't know what you expect me or want me to do, I say: REALLY??? and it's not funny, you call yourself a manager? I don't think so, you are not a good manager at all, and I will be calling corporate and making a complaint against you. She says: go ahead I don't really care, and they won't do anything. Patrick tells her I want a refund, give me my damn money back, the male cashier gave Patrick his money back & kept apologizing we told him it was not his fault and you have nothing to apologize for, it is management's fault. This has happened three times in the last six months, the other two the pizza was not what we ordered, but we let it go, and have not gone back since except for this evening, & we will NOT go back until they get a new manager or make things right, this is unacceptable & I also told her, I was going to tell everyone we knew what you did & not to go there. AS soon as we got in the car I called corporate, talked to a freal nice lady named Esther, told her everything, she said she would tell upper management & they will be dealing with the manager at the Selah store. She asked us our mailing address & also asked me some other questions, so hopefully they will make things right, like firing her & putting another manager in there that cares about the customers & will not brush the customers off like this manager did us. She was very very unprofessional, no name tag to identify who she is, & not concerned, had a major attitude and does not care, we will NOT go back. This is a response to Tina R who posted a nasty, one sided review about the Papa Murphy's in Selah. I read your review and I have come to the conclusion that you're a self centered, arrogant person that seems to not comprehend how a pizza is made. I take it that you live in Selah. You Selah people are the most terrible people I have ever had to deal with on a business level and feel like you're entitled to certain things. I was there at the store the day you freaked out over the employee not making the "perfect pizza". I laughed and felt embarrassed for you because a grown adult was acting like a spoiled kid. Even my kid was asking me what was wrong with you. I have a question. Please explain to me what a perfect pizza is and can you yourself make this "perfect pizza"? By looking at your picture, it seems that you lack the common function to even make a pizza.
