Now let's talk about the service - attentive and friendly. At one point someone came over the check we had received our coffee. We had, we just drank it so fast and the dirty cups were taken away so quickly our waitress hadn't noticed... Such a small and insignificant thing which made us notice how well we were taken care of. The venue is really great! We loved the set up, and we loved the use of the crates on the walls which tied in with the industrial area. It has a modern interior, and even had a play pen for kids which we thought was a great idea for families that visit! It wasn't long before our pager went off, so we went and grabbed our food. While the balcony does have a decent view of Edwardes Lake, it wasn't enough to make it one of those pubs that I would visit for a quiet beer - especially since there were much better pubs that were easier to reach.
