We have only had this service since April and there has been at…read moreleast 3-4 weeks where the tech hasn't come, either due to illness, car trouble, which I totally understand, but there were weeks where no reason was given and they just never showed up. When I reply to the notification emails to see if he will be coming on another day or if I will be refunded for the missed week, I have never gotten a reply. He is pretty thorough when he does come but I have also found leftover poop as well. I really wish they communicated better with customers since this is a really good service for my husband and I who both work full time.
