On the day taxes were due, we were told--at 5 p.m.--that they'd be filing an extension for us, without any explanation of what that meant or what the financial implications might be. We still don't know whether this will cost us in penalties or interest, and the firm has offered no guidance or accountability. While I can't speak to the quality of their actual tax work, because we haven't seen it, we felt like a low priority from start to finish. To make matters worse, we were told the team would be going on vacation after the deadline, leaving us with no answers and no support. We're incredibly let down and would not recommend this firm to others.
