CUSTOMER SERVICE: Over the phone and in person, I received great customer service. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. OVERALL CARE & EFFICIENCY: Overall, I feel like UPS handles their packages with great care. I also feel they are very efficient - generally more efficient then USPS. PRICE: In general, I feel like price-wise UPS is not more expensive then the postal service. Maybe sometimes, but USPS is not always very efficient and sometimes it is expensive to.
