I have always been a fan of UPS. Generally, I've always had a great experience sending packages and receiving packages by them. This was my first time at this location. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Over the phone and in person, I received great customer service. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. OVERALL CARE & EFFICIENCY: Overall, I feel like UPS handles their packages with great care. I also feel they are very efficient - generally more efficient then USPS. PRICE: In general, I feel like price-wise UPS is not more expensive then the postal service. Maybe sometimes, but USPS is not always very efficient and sometimes it is expensive to. If zero was an option that's what I'd put. If UPS is going to have solutions and services for huge companies like Amazon then this location needs to be properly setup to permit this. The long wait lines, unorganized areas, la k of knowledge and training of staff and outdated systems makes going to Kohls look like a dream. This store is always a nightmare, but I use it for shred because I haven't found a better option. It's been a $1 per pound for a long time. When I went in today the price was very clearly marked at $1 per pound. When it came time to check out, it was $2 per pound. I questioned him, and he said the price went up 3 weeks ago but they have yet to change it on their pricing. Extremely frustrating! They wouldn't honor their very clearly listed price. Prices on everything have gone up. I get it, but you have to change your signs. People should be charged the price they have listed, not double! read more

I only use this place as last resort.......many times I have returned Amazon items here, only for Amazon to tell me that the item had not been returned to them! This store is constantly lying to the customer to try and make money. I don't know if this is independently owned, but they refuse to take Amazon packages back unless you pay them some kind of fee. Every time it's something different , labor fee for putting the label on the bag $3. Box fee of $7.50 + labor fee even though my email says no box needed. read more

Avoid this UPS store at all costs. Today marks the second time in a row in the last 6 months that a package has gone missing from this location. Complete lack of concern, care and employees stating that the UPS driver is lying about delivering the package at their location. I fully believe their employees are stealing packages. I called the UPS corporate line while still at the store, as the 3 employees laughed about my "lost" package. The UPS corporate rep confirmed that not only did the UPS driver deliver the package at their location earlier that day at 12:19, but it was also signed by a "COV MARTINEZ". Each of the employees stated that the driver didn't actually deliver it. And, that it was "normal" for the driver to mark packages as delivered there, but not actually deliver them until the following days. The UPS rep stated, while still on speaker and hearing the exchange from the employee, that this is simply not true. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and concern for others possessions. read more

The store closes at 3:00 on Saturday. However, I got caught at the light so I was at the doors right at 3:00. When I tried to enter the store to scan my Amazon return package which is self service the worker said we are closed! I asked if I could still scan my package at the self service and he shouted No we are closed! What great customer service!! Do better UPS! read more

The service was fast, and very helpful if needing to use copy etc. The price was comparable to other like services.

I try to avoid this place like the plague. Always a line out the door with unmotivated employees. This is a UPS problem. They need at least 2-3 more locations in Bentonville. I use USPS and fedex no matter the cost just to avoid this place. Now if you had an extra hour and you don't mind standing in lines this might just be the place for you! read more

2/20/2024 - There were two people in front of me when I stopped to drop off. The young man working was very courteous and helpful with each customer's situation. He reminded me that a receipt would have the tracking number on it. I wish I would have gotten his name but I wanted to acknowledge this young man's job well done. read more

My experience was good. Today is a crazy fay for UPS/Amazon shipping (2/1/23.). It's the Deadline for Amazon Christmas returns...following two snow days! But my experience was good. Line moved quickly. Staff working efficiently and productively together while dealing with stressed people trying to figure out their returns. Only suggestion is perhaps having whoever is shift manager occasionally greeting customers, making eye contact, and giving instructions to help line move efficiently. The crew did well but appeared to be operating without a strong leader to keep telephone and in-person customers confident in the process. When your workers are working hard, having leadership present is critical on a day like today. read more

Just made a quick stop to drop off a pre-addressed package for my daughter and this was closest to our home. Plenty of public parking. Love the automatic "grocery store style" doors that open for you while you carry your packages in. So convenient! Inside was super clean and organized even though it was busy. I was immediately served at the counter by friendly staff and the transaction took all of 10 seconds. What a great experience!! read more

Awful management of product. I had UPS direct to this location. After receiving, they turned around and returned it to sending 90 minutes later. They keep saying they can't do anything but when you cal UPS, the issues point to them causing the problem. read more

Packages seem to disappear here. Usps dropped my package off here, they provided me a scan receipt proving so. A ups employee the tells me they that they would have seen it. Employee also said the Usps delivers the mail for the whole strip at the ups location, which doesn't make sense. I think someone straight up stole my package. read more

The staff there is a joke! Went there yesterday to get some papers notarized. I called 10 min before to ask if the notary was available and if I needed an appointment. I was advised that he was there and do not need an appointment, which I responded with "great I will be there in 5 min". When I got there, I was advised that the notary "just" went to lunch. Because this was a sensitive and timely matter (hence the call to confirm), I was peeved that I was mislead because I could have driven the opposite direction for the services. The person, with straight brown hair, was at the front desk when I vented about how unprofessional it is to misinform patrons. She and the other worker just laughed at me and said "we get complaints all the time at this location". Now... if this is the staffs mentality, wouldn't it behoove UPS Corporate to step in and ensure that your staff are of quality customer service reps?!? As a transplant, your front desk is the face of UPS NWA! Why not make transplants feel welcome, instead of showing examples of ignorance and "don't care" mentality?!?! Do better UPS!!! read more

If I could leave less stars I would. Employees are very rude! First I called they picked up phone and hung up on me. Second time I called they didn't bother picking up at all. And third time I called a girl answered and was very rude and snotty then hung up on me. Yes I called 3 times but I needed a question answered that took 2 seconds I don't feel I should've been yelled at trying to get information. I got a very rude HELLO! Not Ups just what I said HELLO very loud and very rude. I asked my question and she yelled the answer and hung up on me again. This has happened to me with people being rude a lot at this store whether im in store or over phone it doesn't matter they hate customers! I've been in to this store many many times and have never had a nice experience at all. I hate going and dread absolutely dread dealing with the employees. I will be looking for another store to go to. This store just doesn't make you feel welcome they do all but tell you they don't want you there at all I get the feeling if they could tell me to just f-off and get out they definitely would. How is it possible that 15 days ago I sent a package with them and after 6 days they simply told me that my package (with more than $300 inside) was lost leaving this store and so far NO ONE has been responsible for anything, only they said that this packet was lost and that's it. Why play with people's time and money? irresponsible. I hope that many people can read this so as not to take the risk of sending any packages through this UPS store. read more

I walked into the UPS store today to make an Amazon return. I did not have a face mask on and there is no mask ordinance in place. I told them that I would just drop off the package and go. I explained that I have a medical condition and can't wear a mask. I was told to leave their store. At that moment, there was another customer in the store wearing his face mask on his chin. I asked about that and was told to leave the store. I then used my hand to cover my mouth and was told it wasn't acceptable. (They literally threatened to call the police.) So I left. I returned a few minutes later after finding a mask in my car. When I walked in, the manager was also entering the store. He had no face mask on. When I asked why, I was told by another associate that, "He is the manager." The whole thing was completely ridiculous. read more

I typically go here and am very pleased, today was a different story. In order to get a package shipped to WI for Monday they wanted to charge me a minimum of $272! I said, no thank I'll go somewhere else. I went to the post office and they could get it there next day for $62. Returned some items here and the man working was extremely rude to me for no reason. I took everything I needed in, including tape, so it would be easier for them. I have no idea what rubbed him the wrong way but he shoved my package and wouldn't respond to me after I said thank you. So I said it again and the response I got was " I already heard you!" I said what did I do? Why are you treating me this way? He said leave now. Honest to goodness, did nothing to the guy?? I walked into the store today to send a small package as I walked in the girl at the front desk started muttering something I couldn't understand. after asking what three times she said you have to wear a mask in our store. I said I didn't have one with me seeing that there is no longer any mask mandates and she said she was refusing service and that I had to leave I asked her if they had any I could use and she said no they had just ran out and that I had to leave the store. I just happened to find one in my pocket at that moment and put it on. The mask was over my mouth but that wasn't enough she had to continue to tell me I had to cover my nose and that one CR again she was refusing service. So I said okay and I'll give my money to someone else and so I highly recommend driving the extra 2 miles down to go to FEDEX where they have great customer service and treat you right. The box that I sent to Texas arrived EMPTY. After reporting this the same day it arrived, they told me to email my receipt to their email and they would start a claim. I have now emailed the receipt THREE times because everytime I call they claim they don't have it, but had confirmed that they had it after I send it the first and second time. I finally went up the chain and found out that my claim had been approved since late February I still have received no information about collecting it. When I asked the Manager why I hadn't been contacted in a month AND had been asked to send my email a third time when the claim has been ready to go for over a month, he avoided the question entirely. If you ever have to deal with a claim at this location I encourage you to go above this store to corporate or it is likely nothing will be done. read more

I recently had a very bad experience with UPS that I am sharing with you so that you don't make the same mistake! I paid the UPS store in Bentonville, Arkansas to pack and ship an antique music box. The UPS employee told me to insure it for $5000 and that would guarantee its safe arrival because it would stay on the truck until a supervisor signed off and handed it to the driver. He said if it got lost, damaged beyond repair or unable to replace being one of a kind, that I would be paid $5000 plus all shipping and insurance fees. So...I trusted UPS and insured it for $5000. It was destroyed in shipping and could not be repaired or replaced. UPS DID NOT PAY ME $5000 LIKE THE EMPLOYEE SOLD ME!!! The woman in claims said to me: "You Did Not Purchase Insurance. Insurance is what you have on your house or car. You purchased Value." Claims and the UPS store decided they would only pay the amount that I sold it for eBay. It took months and many, many phone calls before I received the first check WHICH WAS SHORT, then several more weeks to get a second check which was STILL SHORT! More phone calls to try and collect the balance! The final response from the UPS employee was; "The owner told me to tell you that he will not pay out any more!" They did not pay the full amount and I LOST MONEY ON THIS TRANSACTION!!!!! Don't be deceived like I was! I wasn't going to post this but felt I should at least warn everyone. Do yourself a favor! Go to the UPS web site and read about their insurance and Pack & Ship Guarantee. BUYER BEWARE...Of UPS Insurance! IT IS NOT Insurance!!! If the UPS store employees sells you insurance, refers to it as insurance, DON"T Believe them!!!! It is not insurance! They pay the lowest replacement value even if the item can't be replaced because it is a one of a kind item! Thank you for listening! read more

This has to be one of the worst shipping places on earth. I purchased 2 lamps while on vacation and had them shipped home. I paid them extra to pack the lamps and paid for an extra $200 of insurance. Both lamps arrived shattered in many pieces, since they had been wrapped in one thin sheet of bubble wrap. I called the store, emailed photos, and it's been nothing but severely crappy customer service ever since. After about 6 phone calls to the store, I finally was able to talk to someone. First they claimed that I had packed the lamps myself, so they were denying the insurance claim. I emailed the receipt proving that they had packed the items, and waited weeks for a return phone call. I called and called, no return call. I called UPS Store Corporate office, filed a complaint, still got no return phone call. After 2 months of me pestering the UPS store with multiple phone calls they then said they were denying the claim because I emailed the photos to the wrong email address....the email address that THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT GAVE ME! So now it's been over 3 months, still out the almost $300 I paid for the lamps, not to mention the cost of packing materials, packing service and shipping. Still no calls or apology or insurance check from the UPS Store, so I'm now filing a law suit. I just can't believe such horrible treatment by the world-famous UPS- absolutely floored. For a company this large to be so negligent as to ship ceramic lamps in 1 thin sheet of bubble wrap, then deny my insurance claim due to their own sh^#* service is completely mind-boggling. read more
