If you are looking for perfection, you'll probably be disappointed.... But if you are looking for…read morea place for yourself or a loved one to get REAL help with mental health issues, this is the best place we've ever found in years of trying to get treatment for our daughter.... What sets Solstice apart is their willingness to listen and learn.... Instead of trying to force patients through some canned one size fits all program, they are ready and willing to make adjustments for each individual to ensure constant progress.... Solstice has been a godsend and the proof is in the progress.... Our daughter's incurable mental health diagnosis had to be changed (upgraded).... Why...? The symptoms are gone.... Could they come back....? Sure, if she started making poor dietary and lifestyle choices again.... But thanks to what she's learned at Solstice, those choices are no longer of any interest to her.... Prior to Solstice, we were beginning to look at lifelong adult care.... Now our daughter is sending out resumes to gradually return to the workforce as a productive and soon to be self-reliant member of a community.... Has it been perfect....? NO! The Solstice Southwest staff dietitian still doesn't understand Paleo or Keto, but thanks to our daughter's Case Manager and other staff members, we got over this hurdle.... Bottom Line: I sent a stranger to Solstice and in return I I got my daughter back....

I would give Holman Family Service a -5 stars if Yelp would allow it. Initially, my experience was…read moregreat. I was skeptical, but Shaheedra, my therapist, made all of the inhibitions diminish instantly. She was AMAZING! I wish I could say the same for management (specifically Aisha Holman). Although she is the business owner, she has exhibited some skeptical billing practices...to the point of being unethical and illegal. If you are a client, please keep a watchful eye on your billing. My therapist can attest, I paid my copay after each session to keep my balance at $0. My bank account was charged an unauthorized payment of almost $700. After inquiring with my insurance company, Aisha processed insurance claims and charged me full price after accepting my copays for several dates of service. She eventually responded on the portal stating I signed a form expressing I had insurance but wanted to be charged as a self-pay client. She also said I signed a consent form for the practice to charge my card without further authorization. How ridiculous does that sound? I signed no such form. Aisha refused to process the claim through my insurance and refund the payment. I have repeatedly requested a call, a copy of the signed form, and a refund. She does not respond. There were other fraudulent instances, but I can't go into details as this may be pending litigation. I have since reported this practice to the proper regulating board. If you are considering this business, I suggest you rethink it. I know other clients have been affected as I have spoken to at least one other. Please report any questionable activity. She has to stop taking advantage of clients seeking therapy!
