Went here today for the first time and purchased their "Ultimate Paradise" package and I'm very disappointed in how my truck came out. They did an absolute horrible job at vacuuming and wiping stuff down. I had to go home and deep clean everything myself which is what I had originally planned to do and wish I had. Save your money and time. I went for just an exterior wash. Most places I go, if it's just an exterior wash, they run your car to the front and don't make you wait for the 15 cars ahead of you to be vacuumed. Not this place. Horribly understaffed. Cars jammed up just sitting waiting to go in. 3 guys vacuuming. One guy running around doing I don't know what. One guy standing around eating chips while other guy is the only one vacuuming cars. But the real problem is the exit. 3 kids and one "boss" who kept going inside. Cars were just sitting there blocking the wash and kids just standing there waiting to be told what to do. This place needs about 10 more people working and someone who knows what they are doing. 55 minutes for a simple exterior wash. Totally ridiculous read more

I got my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee cleaned today, "Full Service" which is a basic wash and vacuum for about $20. Was my wash and vacuum perfect? No, far from it but for the price, I was happy. I'm not a car snob but I do like my car clean. Overall, I had a good first experience. PROS * Fast * Friendly * Inexpensive * Loyalty Rewards Program * Nice, CleanFacility CONS * This was my 1st time. They should've asked if it was my first time and walked me through the process. I had to ask a lot of questions. TIPS * You can leave your tip on your credit card. Just make sure to tell the cashier before they process your payment. * You can cash tip outside when you're leaving. There's a locked tip box. * There's an indoor air conditioned waiting area or if you prefer to watch, there's an outdoor covered patio seating area, also. read more

Our first, but not last, visit. Warmly greeted, even though we didn't know hat to do. Guys were very nice and discussed what we needed. We went inside and paid, young lady was warm and friendly. Watched them work on our car, did a great job inside and out, AND got bugs off. Great experience and reasonably priced. We will be back next month for sure. read more

Went last sunday to the Paradise location in stuart to have my Journey detailed.Exterior washed and waxed and interior shampoo and wipe down($140+). On initial look the car looked amazing. Inside and out. I was thrilled. As I pulled away I noticed my passager side window control was broken off. So before I left out their parking lot I called and spoke with Brooke the lady inside. She had the manager Miguel come out. He looked at the door, ran his hand in the side pocket looking for the piece,didnt find it. He called and spoke with the gentleman who did the clean and of course he said it wasnt there. The manager,Miguel said the protocol is to have the cameras pointed at the car to identify if something was broken prior to them cleaning. Again of course that wasnt done with my car. They did offer to replace it. I agreeed. Next morning I went to go to work I opened my car and the smell hit me like a truck. The smell of mildew, like wet towels had been left for days. This wasnt my first time getting my car detailed so I knew Sunday I needed to leave my doors and windows open to assist in the drying process. But the surprise on Monday with the smell..was too much. I called back to Paradise spoke with Brooke and requested to talk with the owner Tom. He called back offer to take care of the car, along with replacing the window control. Perfect. As the week went on day and night leaving it open to air, riding to work with towels on my seat, placing several car insent trees to mask the smell it took 4 whole days for it to finally dry, but the smell was still there. Come Saturday morning after a long smelly week and more thinking. I no longer trusted in them. It's like sending food back at a resturant generally you lose your appetite and weary of eating what they bring back. So when we arrived, Brooke was there She asked if I was going to leave the car. I said No, I dont feel comfortable.I was curious, so the owner is not here. She said no he had other things to handle. Okay..me being in public service I thought he would at least show his face. Car smells like mildew and my window control broke he would at least come to supervise or say hi. Brooke called Tom and he came. He didnt introduce himself just went straight to " So what's going on". I explain how I felt and also my finace expressed not wanting to reshampoo the interior due to what we went through this past week. Tom: So what you want your money back and I'll fix the door, even though I believe we didnt do it and you can take you business eles where. Because I have gone above and beyond. I had never mentioned getting a refund, not once. I told him no keep the money at this point the way your are speaking to me, please just fix my door and I will go about my day. How dare this owner of two car washes, in public service talk to a customer with such contempt. I couldn't even talk with him anymore. So I left my fiance there to finish it up with Tom. When my fiance came back he had a can of ozone ($5 off their shelf )to spray and I am currently waiting to see the end result again with my windows, and my doors wide open. I could have gotten my money back, but that was not what I wanted . It's the principle. I guess Tom felt that my business was not worth his time or respect. Funny...one of the many doctors I work with was there and over heared the conversation. Maybe my car wasnt worth Tom's time, but word of mouth might be. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. I paid for the "Lease Turn-in Special -- Full Interior" package and got less than a basic car wash. Bugs were still stuck to the exterior of the car, the interior wasn't touched, and after pointing out the problems to the manager, he gave me every excuse under the sun why they couldn't complete the job as the package I paid for states. The manger was very nasty and I was eventually told not to return again--like I would do so if they were the last car wash on earth. read more

Decent wash, doesn't do a thing to dry though so be warned, bring your own towel but besides that you get what you pay for for a 6-10 drive through Carwash. I specifically go to this one because it's touchless so won't scratch up your paint nearly as bad as the traditional ones read more

First visit to Stuart Paradise Car Wash - very fast service, car was nice and clean. However, they applied so much tire shine to the car, I had to get it cleaned an hour later as there was grease ALL over both sides of my car. Used to have my car courtesy washed every week at a local brand dealership and was always perfect. It's the small details that count. read more

Not good, they charged me more money because of it being truck. They didn't even clean the back window, bumper, and rear fender. Then I asked them to re wash it and they told me those items above are not covered in the car wash and I should have paid them to detail the car if I wanted it cleaned.... I have a brand new car go here to get the car washed and got home with a deep scratch on the hood , car was not clean and went back up there manager named Juan was very rude then the woman that works there showed me video that u really could not see ur car that well telling me they didn't do it. WOWOW!! This place and the staff were absolutely incredible. I had a full interior cleaning and an excellent car wash for less than $100?!! WHAT!! It was awesome. The staff were very helpful and positive. They told me exactly what to do when I got home to insure my car would stay spotless afterwards and they were finished within 45 minutes and my car looks fantastic!
