I ordered the duck confit tacos and the truffle oil and parmesan fries. The tacos were amazing! The duck was well cooked and there was pickled onions, lettuce, parsley, and some special white sauce on it. It was very tasty and wasn't too messy to eat. The fries were also very good. They're thicker, like steak fries. The truffle oil and parmesan blend was so delicious. I couldn't get enough! I also appreciated that they had a woman standing in front of the food truck taking orders and guiding the food to the right person. It was a nice touch and a good way to accommodate customers and prevent the cooks from having to peek out the window and scream order numbers. I would definitely want to find them at another event and try other items. I saw that some of their other items included a burger and little neck clams.

The steak sandwich was only $12.00 and looked promising on their short menu. Within ten minutes, the order was delivered to my table inside the brewery. The sandwich was heavy in weight and the caramelized onions really brought a great taste with each bite. The homecut fries were a great side dipped in ketchup. The steak slices were juicy although needed to be thinner. The sandwich definately was the perfect compliment to my cold Belgian beer. It came with a nice sized portion of fries. The beef was tender, and the sandwich was delicious. We also had a grilled cheese sandwich with 3 types of cheese and a robust tomato soup. Much heartier and tastier than we expected from a food truck. Their surprisingly wide-ranging menu included a flatbread pizza, pasta with clams, a stuffed chicken thigh, a quesadilla, brie cheese and more. Impressive! The service was great as the food was promptly delivered to us inside the brewery. No need to stand around the food truck waiting for the items to cook. We have tried the fig, goat cheese burger, their pretzel bun burger, the mahi Asian sandwich, their cheeseboard, the smoked fish dip, sooo many Parmesan truffle fries and most recently, the Oktoberfest bread bowl of potato sausage soup. It always amazes me how chef's cook such delicious food in such a small kitchen with limited equipment, but I'm constantly thankful that food trucks became so popular! The husband and wife team operate out of a trailer and park at various locations around Palm Beach County. If you follow them on IG, you'll find where they are. The sandwich came with two sides and I chose southern green beans and Mac and cheese. The flavors coming from everything were truly amazing. So when you walk in, first thing I noticed was the thousands of pictures taken of I'm guessing patrons from the past. The employees there were all young like teenagers and very nice. I then of course sampled a lot of the flavors. They were actually good. My wife then ordered a regular for us of cookie butter gelato which was excellent with judges ice cream and then another small of lemon sorbet. We got our little one a vanilla gelato cone. Everything was very good and creamy. My daughter no lie ate 3 vanilla cones and kept on yelling for more. Now usually I'm not the parent from Augusta Gloop from Willy Wonka, but my daughter won't eat anything and she's screaming more. So we gave her more as we were happy she would just eat.
