We ordered a boat load of booze for a long trip via Drizly. They delivered to our hotel. It was on St. Patricks day so we did except a wait. They showed up within 90 minutes, which was about on par for our expectations. Our only hiccup was the app said it had been delivered when it hadn't so we got a little spooked. I called Paradise, and they were so nice, and assured me it was on the way. The driver was super apologetic and wouldn't accept a tip. Their prices are actually affordable, I was thinking I was going to pay 2x the amount but it was on par for Omaha alcohol prices. We'll be coming back to this area quite a bit, I would reorder for sure. read more

Ordered this on Drizly tonight, driver got a flat on the freeway but he still made it with my order. Overall I am pleased.

I followed an ad on facebook and placed an order for Macallans. I paid and received an order confirmation. With a confirmation number 195 . I later received a call and was told that this Item was an "old box" and they did not have it any more. But could sell me a similar item for like 200 more dollars. I told them no thanks and went back on line only to see they had changed the price , but it is the same item with the same sku. I tried to explain to them that their was an offer and acceptance an order confirmation and I had paid for it. No response. I guess they won't honor the price. I am not sure if this was a bait and switch or they screwed up but To say that the online was a different product is definitely not true. Let's see if they make it right. I have ordered from Paradise a couple times via Drizzly, and did so again earlier this week. All previous orders were accurate. This time, they forgot one of my bottles, and also sent two incorrect bottles. However, when I called, the man who answered was so apologetic even though I wasn't upset (I just wanted either a refund or an exchange) and offered to send out a new driver immediately with my missing items and the correct item. He even sent me an additional bottle as a gift to make up for his mistake, which was a nice surprise. It was really thoughtful and I'll definitely order from them again. read more

They're liars! Do not trust them. I placed an order through Drizly, and after a while I noticed that they marked my order as delivered. I checked outside my front door to see if maybe, for some crazy reason, they just dropped it off. Nope! They just marked my order as delivered without actually delivering the order. They tried to just take my money without actually giving me what I paid for. Luckily Drizly refunded the order. Terribly disappointed...I placed a delivery order and in the directions requested Please Do Not Ring Doorbell (I also have a signed taped over the doorbell). After placing the my order I followed up with a call requesting the driver not ring the doorbell. I ordered (through Drizly.com) delivery Champagne for a virtual celebration for work. Not only did they deliver to several different addresses promptly but they communicated with me the whole time. When I made a mistake on an address, they worked with me to make sure everything was delivered to the right place.
