I've had plenty of good experiences ordering from Gary's in DoorDash. Unfortunately, this order I just received was covered in mold on the box and the bottles. I just want to make people aware that they should always check what they receive and hopefully Gary's can ensure this type of quality issue does not happen again. read more

Super nice employees and they deliver without a third party app. The one downside is the alcohol can be kind of expensive in comparison to other locations so be sure to ask about pricing before you set up delivery. The first night I ordered from them I ordered a handle of vodka and when it arrived they tried to charge $50. Same bottle $29 at the store. They are competitive with other products so it's not a systemic problem but best to ask up front about pricing so you don't get stuck. Other than that even when super busy everybody is very personable, take orders quickly with fast delivery. read more

I always forget this neighborhood gem is here. I always go to thebig box storesfor my drinkery. But theother evening I really didn't feel like driving to Camelback or doing cart racing at the local Fry's or Costco. Stopped in to Gary's, got my michelada ingredients, plus a tip from theextremely helpful cashier on how to make them more tasty, and I was back home in less than 15 minutes. Gary's looks out for the strugglers in life. I met a homeless girl who was telling me about how her boyfriend was abusing her and how the kind folks at Gary's seen him treat her like she was a POS. She told me how they just gave her a fresh cold drink on the house, and asked if she was ok and if she needed anything. Who does that? Circle k doesn't. A.m. p.m. doesn't. Walmart doesn't. Gary's does tho. I have multiple stories from folks I've met that say Gary's has helped them in sum way. Gary's has helped me multiple times. And i just got back from there and i was short 4 cents, he just waved me on. Most places tell you to scram. Oh, and i only mentioned "too bad you don't carry chorizo", next thing i know, there's chorizo chubs on the shelf. How cool is that? They went out of their way to a grocery store and picked up sum chorizo. Was it JUST for me? I dunno, but i do know it was not in there until i started asking. Absolute worst customer service. I bought a bottle as a gift for a friend. Not realizing I purchased the wrong item, they refused to return or exchange the product. The manager kept stating it was illegal to return liquor in the state of Arizona. I spoke to a lawyer and it is NOT illegal. They have no signage in the store not at the bottom of the receipt saying that all sales are final. Never shopping here again. read more

Friendly cashiers at the drive up window! Fast way to grab my Cigarettes and a couple tall cans every day! I've purchased milk here at the drive thrust! It's so convenient for me to stop here and grab papers,it truly is a honor to have Gary's here in the coral gables neighborhood. They just remodeled and made there front door hands free opening!
