Well, I have been coming to this nail salon for years but I stopped going because of the horrible way I was treated by the owner himself he did a rush half ass job on my feet. He still wanted $60 for a pedicure. I paid for my service, even though I was not satisfied, and he followed me out the door to my car, staring me down because I didn't tip him. Really? When I first went and had my pedicure appointment with Amy it was awesome and she did a wonderful job. She was awesome and I was really happy with her work. The next time they messed up my appointment and gave me a different person. I don't remember his name but he was awful. He talked to me like I was some old woman calling me Momma. Very disrespectful! He also kept putting the dead skin on my pants. What is that about? He cut my toe and I was bleeding pretty bad. When I talked to the owner she pushed me to let him fix it. Really? What is he going to do? I really wanted Amy but they pushed me to this person instead. NO WAY is he touching my toes again. I tried to make another appointment in a couple of weeks with Amy. They told me they were uncomfortable working for me so they wouldn't make another appointment. I did nothing wrong except to complain about the rude man's work, which is my right. First and last time going here. I had an appointment and still had to wait. I should had just been a walk in. The lady acted like she was annoyed just because I was only getting a pedicure. She never said a word to me. She repeatedly shoved my feet back into the water. Half heartily massaged my legs. The bottom of my feet were still rough. My nail polish started flaking a few days later. I felt like she was in a rush to get to the next customer. This has to be the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. I have given this place three chances. The first time I went I thought the price was fair and the service was ok. I gave it a second try and decided to try the next pedicure that was a little bit more in price but, had other services. The pedicure was ok, there was dead skin missed and the extra services weren't really worth the price. I went a third time and from start to finish the experience was bad. The guy pulled my cuticle, didn't cut it but, pulled my skin. Didn't use alcohol because it would have burned, that was unsanitary. The paint job was awful, the pedicure service was enough for me to leave a review and not ever return. The price is decent and I'm sure it depends on the person that gives the service but, my toe hurts from the pulling of the skin. I would take a picture but, I rushed home to clean and cover my skin with a band aid because that area started to bleed. read more

I was a loyal customer since the time they were open. Never had an issue until 2 weeks before New Years. I scheduled an appointment in advance for me and my coworker. I told them ahead of time that I had to go to and I honestly didn't even want to get my nails done but I already had New Years plans. Nevertheless I went. I sat with my coworker and talked for over an hour while she had her stuff done. I obviously had to leave. So I literally just sat there. I'm here again now so we will see how it goes. Great experience here today! I've been living here in Enterprise for the past year and have been going to another nail salon that I hated. For the first time today I decided to go to Paradise Nail Spa because every time I ask someone where they get their nails done they recommend this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a very sunny smiley face and a warm welcome! I usually hate getting a manicure and pedicure in the same visit because I hate how long it takes but I was in desperate need for both so I decided to get both. They actually did both my nails and feet and the same time which was amazing because it literally cut the time in half. The young man who did my pedicure was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and very attentive and always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The plus is they also offer a military discount for military spouses if you show your id. I wish I decided to go here a long time ago. I will definitely be back next time! read more

I've been coming to Paradise for over a year now. I just recently stopped because whenever I book an appointment and arrive "on time". I still end up waiting at least an hour. That together with the time it takes to do my nails... plus you NEVER know what they're going to charge you, it's never the same depending on who does your nails. I can't do it anymore. read more

This was my second time going here & I am disappointed. I made an appointment at 12:00 and was told to sit in the pedicure chair, so I did. It wasn't until about 25 minutes later that they filled the chair up with water and I was able to put my feet in. 15 minutes later someone comes up to me and says I am going to let your feet soak while I go eat lunch. Like WHAT! When you make an appointment, they should take you at that time or at least let you know they are running behind but I didn't hear anything. I was asked if I wanted to do my nails and I said I was going to, but now I didn't have any time since we started late and they didn't really care. How disappointing. read more

BEWARE!!! I have been a returning customer for about 5 months now. I always make an appointment in advance. Each and every time I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to even get started. Yesterday was my LAST visit there. I had a 6pm appointment and left at 8:15. I was actually 15 minutes early. I sat in pedicure chair for over 1.5 hours with no water in basin. After about 30 minutes of that time they decided to soak my powder dip nails off. I told them I had been there a long time and they said my nails(that's I got done there) were taking too long to soak and to "relax" and let them sit longer. Pedicure is streaked and transparent in some places. Powder dip nails are fine, but nether pedicure or manicure are the colors I wanted. They used a different color than what they usually do--my regular color. They made so many ridiculous excuses that it was infuriating. Never again!!!!! read more

Not a fan. I got my nails done with dip powder and they're uneven and not leveled. They are not completely shaped how I wanted them either. I was really hoping they would be good because I saw many good reviews and pictures. Have to find another nail salon read more

Really disappointed with the prices, I've never paid so much for a manicure. I've had much better manicures for less and to top it off I was charged $5 to remove my nail polish but I pretty much removed it myself.. I've never been charged before and I've been getting my nails done religiously for 6 years. Three stars is for the friendly staff. read more

I got staph infection from this place right before homecoming. I messaged them on their Facebook and they were very rude about the situation saying that my nails were "old" when it was only my 2nd fill in with that set. I asked for a refund because I had only had the nails on for 2 days and I was told that they could take them off for me. I was definitely NOT coming back after they gave me an infection, so I painfully pulled the acrylics off myself. I understand that it's not their fault that it got infected, other than the unclean tools they used obviously; but the way they handled it was very unprofessional after I had made a doctors visit and confirmed the infection. And of how much I paid for them to be done. I was also overcharged several times (I was a frequent customer for a few months) and told that it was for a tip.... apparently they leave themselves a tip whenever and for however much they want? (I do leave good tips but not if they do a crappy job and don't fix it). Whenever I NICELY told him I didn't like it he said, "that's the way I do it, it's supposed to look like that". I was also charged one time for around $65 and then the man was like "oh no, I forgot it's $10 extra, then he had to cancel the payment and start over, which I thought was ridiculous because I was already paying so much for something I didn't even like... I will never go back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone EVER. read more
