Absolutely terrible experience! Unfriendly staff & my nails came out absolutely terrible they were all crooked along with the acrylic being way too thick and huge for my fingers. Received a gift card for my birthday. Made an online appointment for the $90 therapeutic massage for the following week. Went to appointment, they had to call in the therapist because they said they must be having issues with their website. She comes in and says she charges $120, hmmm??? I agree and then she has me lay face down. FACE Down for the entire hour. It was the worse massage ever!!!!!! I do not recommend for massages. read more

I've been going here for over a year, & it was great when Tai worked there, but he is no longer an employee and my experiences have been very poor since. I got an acrylic fill with gel and three days later the gel is peeling off on multiple fingers. I paid almost 55 dollars (which is very overpriced for a solid color, no design, and an easy fill) and got absolutely ripped off. Nail tech was so rough on my cuticles they were burning the entire time and I left with multiple fingers bleeding. Three days later, my cuticles are STILL burning and the gel is already peeling! THREE days! I will not be returning to this salon ever again. 0/10 read more

He's new to Paradise Nails (2nd Day on the job) He was kind, courteous and tolerated me being rude as I was on my phone trying to work through something on a call. He was genuine with his conversation and did I mention my nails look fabulous! So good in fact I decided to allow him to do my toes as well! read more

very recently I visited the salon. Not happy at all. Because I wouldn't go with the dipped nails the owner stacked the acrylic on top of my nails so that they are bulging instead of nice and flat like every other nail salon would do because I couldn't afford in my budget to go to the dip nails instead she created a mess on my nails. Then the older lady took over and painted them and I didn't realize how bad they were until they started to grow out there's polish all over my cuticles that grew out. If this is your way of bullying me into paying for the dip nails, it didn't work I will not be back with a sloppy job. read more

Don't go if you're a guy. Made an appointment to get a pedi with my wife and daughter. They had 5 guys on staff and one female. They took care of my wife and daughter at our appointment time but refused to touch my feet as the lady was busy the entire time I sat and waited... and waited.... And waited... I sat there so long being ignored that my feet completely turned to prunes, the water got cold and the circulator even turned itself off from overheating. They kept making excuses that the one girl was busy because I guess those guys think "ewww, boys are icky" - I ended up getting no service at all, and then they attempted to add charges to the service to make up for the money they lost not doing mine. If you're not a female, do NOT go here. read more

Absolutely horrible. I made an appointment for noon and they told me that I had dip powder manicure last time that I had to get my nails soaked off which was fine but the nail tech never came back to check my nails and the other tech tried to blame me and said that I poked a hole in the bag that they used to soak my nails in which is stupid because nails are pointy and will rip a hole in it. I ended up having to leave to get back to work and the other nail tech had the audacity to say my hands looked horrible because the acetone mixed with the water and the dip powder somehow was my fault. Definitely will never frequent this place again. read more

I've been going here for several months and always happy with their service. I did have a disappointing appointment recently to be honest the tech tried but just didn't turn out like I hoped. I debated and made another appointment 2 days later they were so accommodating apologetic happily fixed my nails thanked me for coming back and allowing them to correct the problems. I felt like they actually valued and appreciated my business sure didn't get that from my previous salon which is how I found them. Highly recommended read more

Loved it! Great atmosphere, everyone was really nice and left with great nails. I got dip and my friend got gel and both looked beautiful!

Worst place I have ever went to get my nails done. Aside from it being cold in the building and my nail tech being less than friendly it was also so messy and unclean. Fast forward to after my nails are done, they are not the color I asked for and the gentleman just ignored when I said that. I got a full set of acrylics and half of them broke or ripped off within a week and the ones that didn't are molded over my cuticle and destroying my nails. Every one of my fingers is bloody or red and infected feeling with a destroyed nail bed. I am so upset. read more
