Worst service and flowers I've ever gotten. Placed the order on Monday, Oct 13 for a wrist corsage…read moreand a boutonnière to be picked up on Friday, Oct 17. I was given a pickup time of between 12-1. My granddaughter arrived at 1:15 to be told it was still being worked on. Finally at 2:30 she is given our order. When she brings it home I see one carnation, a couple of sprigs of baby's breath and some greenery, and a green ribbon, same for wrist corsage!! At best 10.00 of product! Clearly it was forgotten and then thrown together because the wrist corsage fell apart after one hour!! I called on Friday and was told no manager on the premises but that she would call me...No call. I take the flowers back today requesting a refund to again be told, no manager you will have to come back on Tuesday. When asking again for manager to at least call me I was told she's very busy. Guess her time is more valuable then mine! I wouldn't even give this establishment a1. Clearly small orders aren't worth their time, they could care less.
