At the time, I stated that I had received very bad service from two other florists (elsewhere in the country) and that when the orders arrived, they were nothing like what had been advertised on their website. In a nutshell, Heather at the store listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, and assured me that everything would be as I requested. In the end, she proved to be 1000% right! Worst service and flowers I've ever gotten. Placed the order on Monday, Oct 13 for a wrist corsage…read moreand a boutonnière to be picked up on Friday, Oct 17. I was given a pickup time of between 12-1. My granddaughter arrived at 1:15 to be told it was still being worked on. Finally at 2:30 she is given our order. When she brings it home I see one carnation, a couple of sprigs of baby's breath and some greenery, and a green ribbon, same for wrist corsage!! At best 10.00 of product! Clearly it was forgotten and then thrown together because the wrist corsage fell apart after one hour!! I called on Friday and was told no manager on the premises but that she would call me...No call. I take the flowers back today requesting a refund to again be told, no manager you will have to come back on Tuesday. When asking again for manager to at least call me I was told she's very busy. Guess her time is more valuable then mine! I wouldn't even give this establishment a1. Clearly small orders aren't worth their time, they could care less.
