I filed a BBB complaint but Dixie Mini storage states I was behind. They say they called me and…read moresent notices. We were in close contact with them. We called all the time because they would lock our units. We would go to the office to make sure we were good with them. Our furniture and building supplies were stored there. I had jewelry including a necklace with my brothers ashes in it stored there. It would have been crazy to not pay for it. I have found several other people the same thing happened to. I am seeking a lawyer at this point. Please be aware of this company.
