I was walking through the middle of the store and two employees were modifying some of the aisle shelving. I quietly interrupted them to ask directions to this particular item in the store. One of the employees, "Auburn" said he would be happy to take me to the exact aisle. He stopped what he was doing and walked to the rear of the store and showed me the correct aisle. He level of service was outstanding. It exceeded my expectations.
