Mine was the dreaded broken glass on a piece of framed artwork. Located on the island in Venice, there was easy parking on the street right in front of the shop. The woman working at the counter was attentive and gave me a price to install a new piece of glass right away. She said it would be done today or tomorrow. They over delivered and had it done in just a few hours. That's great service. Not only did they replace the broken glass at a reasonable price, but they mounted the picture back in the frame, just the way it was.
