I requested an estimate to replace lanai sliders and large sliding bedroom windows. I received an estimate of $27,000 for the job. I asked for a breakdown of the price for each in the event my sliders were repairable. I was told "We don't do just one window". I'll be sure to pass that on to those who may find that helpful. read more

ive had Wilsons do several projects on my house from siding repair , all new windows, and now new rain gutters with leaf protection. there employees are second to none they keep the job clean at all times we will use them on our projects. read more

We researched three different options and selected Wilson Windows and were completely satisfied with our experience. The service was efficient, professional, and had attention to detail. This is a terrible and unethical company. I'm personally aware of former employees that haven't been paid their commissions for past sales of Wilson Windows. And there are various allegations against Wilson Windows for installation of lesser grades and quality of windows that what customers ordered. I would not ever go to Wilson Windows for any window needs. read more

I had a number of hurricane windows and patio French doors replaced recently. Wilson Windows worked with me on several options to meet my needs and provide timely scheduling. Office communication, installation and service have all been excellent. Their attention to insure my property looked its' best after completing the installation work was outstanding. I had a few small issues post-installation which were quickly resolved. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend Wilson windows. read more

Just had my screens installed by Wilson Window and the installers, Jeff and Woody were excellent. They also gave me excellent tip for lubrication on the window. Silicon spray not WD40, since the later attracts dirt. Also found out since my place is still settling that the opening near the handle is quite a bit narrower than back, which explains a lotto me. read more

Kudos to Wilson Windows for always doing a good job but your only as good as your employees and they have a nice man named Mike who works for them who always goes over and beyond what one would expect. Not only did he measure and have all my screens replaced but he explained and educated me on how to maintaine, tighten and care for them. I learned so much and can now ward off those expensive service calls. Happy in Siesta Key! read more

Thought I needed a new slider. Was very pleasantly surprised that the existing slider could be repaired "like new". Many thanks to Mike Anderson, service manager, for fixing the slider, making my wife happy, and saving us a ton of money! (In addition, Mike taught me how to care for all of my sliders so they stay working like new. Very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant guy.) read more

The company's representative showed up on time and I showed him the problematic screens that needed repair or replacement and he started measuring. Soon after measuring he turns to me and says, "you're only replacing two?". I said, "No I'm replacing three." His next comment was on how old the screens were and that they've must have been on the windows for a long time. I told him that I only purchased the house three years ago so I don't know how long the screens have been on the windows or if they've been replaced. I'm not sure what he was insinuating or where his line of questioning was supposed to lead but then he asked how I would like to receive the quote, by text, email or other. I told him whatever was easiest or convenient for him. He walked out the door and that was the last time I heard from him or the company. I never received the quote or a reason for their lack of interest in my business, not a text or a response on Yelp. I guess they have business flowing like a fountain through their doors or they thought my money wasn't green enough.

Ruined my hard wood floors, cabinets, and drywall. I was forced to tear out and replace my entire kitchen. Mold was growing. Home Depot does not stand behind their work or subcontractors. They use an insurance company called sedgewicks to handle their claims who in turn passes you off to whoever was the installer. They don't return calls. It's been a nightmare of an experience. Buyer beware of Home Depot's contractors and poor customer service.

We want to acknowledge the services of Wilson Windows. Our 2 year old home was purchased with pocket patio sliders. After attaching the standard metal hurricane shutters in preparation of Hurricane Ian and riding through the storm, we were curious about learning more about hurricane proof sliding glass doors. Our sales rep Mark was very informative detailing the construction of their hurricane proof doors, it's benefits as well as their extensive testimonies of satisfied customers (both residential and commercial). There was never any pressure to purchase as it is our practice to give thoughtful consideration to such an investment. We felt confident in the quality of product, expertise of their installers and Wilson Window's reputation. Upon placing our order we received an estimated date of install which was actually met sooner by several days. The install crew was professional and expedient. Our home was left neat and clean and our County Inspector was quite pleased with the work done. Any questions and all technicalities were immediately addressed by Kimyatta, a true professional as well. Finally, while our reason to purchase was to improve safety, we realized the added benefit of stunning doors, which further enhanced the interior and exterior look of our home. My brother recently had his windows replaced with Wilson Windows and was bragging about how well they looked and how wonderful the employees were. So I decided to hire them myself and boy, was he right! Not only were they professional with their work and mannerism? But they even did a follow up with me after they had finished. You do not see that much anymore from companies, and I can appreciate that being that I own my own company myself. These guys are GREAT... I had a very negative experience with a different company. Wilson gave me new windows and sliders at half the cost of the other company. Their guys are friendly and efficient. The team works well together. They checked everything multiple times to make sure they had all the hardware in and all the caulking done. They even helped me rearrange my furniture after they were done. I know I was extra picky because of my prior negative experience and they rose to the occasion and satisfied all my requests. read more
