It was irritating. I was in the area this week and decided to stop by and ask if they could tell me why i didn't get a call back - and they couldn't. The front desk girl stated that she had no clue that I had ever called although i called and left 2or 3 messages. There was a second girl standing behind the receptionist and I saw her point to something on the phone as the receptionist was scrolling through calls - as if she saw my number. When I asked if they saw my number - they didn't answer. It would have been nice to receive a call to schedule an appointment about 2 weeks ago. This clearly is not good customer service. The owner contacted me and falsely accused me of harassing her employees she did not even ask me about my side of the story! I simply went in to inquire why I did not receive a return call after leaving messages. I do not recommend this place, I experienced lousy customer service.

As a long time Aveda customer for over 20 yrs, I wanted to get my color done. I just got here and somehow my appt was changed to haircut only and they don't have time to do my color (even though the salon was empty). We came in early and made a hotel reservation for this, and all the owner could say was "I don't know what happened, sorry." Not good enough.
