However, when it comes to advise from the "coach" it was very vague. She didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about portion sizes and amounts of food to consume. I had to figure it out on my own. If I didn't have prior exercise nutrition and kinesiology knowledge then I would have been totally lost. It became increasingly difficult to get advise during transition. I've learned how to eat to loose weight but not to maintain weight. My "coach" seemed irritated that I was even asking questions. Even on camera her irritation and bad attitude was apparent. So unprofessional! A weight loss coach should have more than basic nutrition knowledge. They should consider giving this job to a registered dietitian or a sports nutritionist who is more knowledgeable about the nutrition demands of a physically active people. Having this knowledge helped me to continue to eat certain "off limits" food and still loose weight.
