Terrified though due to previous experience which was so painful and for at least 9 months. I wanted to replace it anyway. I didn't get the guy's name but the big, tall, kind, friendly, and patient guy who seemed to run the place performed procedure. It was a completely different experience. The piercing hurt 90% less than the first time. Plus, I couldn't sleep on that side for close to a year last time and I could have the first night with this piercing. I am amazed at the difference from one piercer to another! I recommend this guy. Also, Jackie was training and I was impressed with her "bedside manner". She was genuine and really listened to me. it mattered to her that I was anxious due to the last experience and I really appreciated her calm presence. I will return for the rest of my piercings.
