Soooo... I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to after I left this salon. I moved to AZ two years ago from NY and I was super nervous to try a new hair colorist. I literally went 2 years without getting my hair done!!!! (I had balayage so it's kind of ok LOL) Well, a friend of mine got her hair done recently and it looked SO good so I booked an appointment with the same guy (Brian). The day before the appointment Brian texted me and asked me to send him two pics of the hair style I'm going for. I appreciated that because it clearly showed he was thinking about what he was going to do instead of just going there and throwing anything on my hair. Not many hairdresser care that much!!! Brian is absolutely amazing! He really knows what he's doing and takes pride in making sure you are 100% happy with the results. I started going to Brian after a disastrous visit with another salon. My hair had the texture of hay and the cut made me want to cry. Brian has been reshaping it and bringing back the shine! A visit to his salon gets you some champagne and a very relaxing massage in the most comfortable shampoo bowl ever! He has such a good menu of services. I can't believe it's taken me this long to write Brian a review!!! He's the best hair stylist (more like hair scientist) I've ever had!!! He is so passionate about what he does and he is literally always taking some kind of class to learn new techniques. Whenever I come to get my hair colored by him, he talks through his strategy and plan and it always sounds like some kind of algebraic formula because he's that detailed. He's also so sweet and fun! I love that he rents a room in a larger beauty center because it's so private and peaceful...which had become even more of a benefit since COVID with far last contact than a typical hair salon would have. I always like the way the color/ cut turns out, and my hair has gotten so much healthier since switching to Brian. I was previously dying my hair blonde every 4-6 weeks and Brian was able to get me to a 8-10 week rhythm which ended up saving me a ton of money. He's also great at other services such a hair extensions, Brazilian blowouts, and men's haircuts as well! The best in Phoenix! read more
