There is just that unmistakable aroma and feel about the place. I don't where this lies, as far as the city, geographically, I'll just call it downtown, I guess, but it is definitely in one of the older parts of the city, which gives it character. I dig stuff like this. Inside is easily the largest amount of well-preserved old board (and other) games I think I've ever seen. Easily a solid half (maybe more) of the shop is given over to this and you can find all kind of the old Milton-Bradley and Hasbro gems of yesteryear, including several from that era I'd never heard of, let alone played. Had I been looking for that (and I might, next go), I could have easily spent a couple hours there. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable as well, which is somewhat staggering, considering all that volume. I went there, however, to look at comics and collectibles, as the focus and though I still wound up buying games, as far as those other two, the selection is a lot lighter. There is a decent amount of back issues, most of the newer ones, as well as some special editions and trade paperbacks. It's respectable, but not mind-blowing to the degree the rest of the store is, on the gaming side. An ok amount of collectibles as well...given the size of Bismarck, it fits in pretty well with about what you would expect on the non-game side...the game side is still definitely incredible, though.

While my sales agent/manager Tracy Ackland was exceptional, trying her best to work out a complicated delivery and relocation of a washer, we were not able to come to a perfect arrangement. However, I was assured a morning delivery would be manageable tomorrow. Instead, I got an AI response that my delivery would be between 2:30 and 6:30 pm. This was unacceptable so I called in to request an earlier delivery. 1st of all, your AI service is the worst I've ever dealt with and it took me 1/2 hour before I could reach a human. I should have stuck with dealing with the bot, because the human was clearly less qualified to deal with a customer complaint than the bot. Rude, foreign, unapologetic, unwavering, unhelpful, rude. You have completely inconvenienced me by this and I will likely cancel my credit card and take my business elsewhere in the future. Once again, Tracy was magnificent. Everything else about this experience was deplorable.

I took it to C-RAM and the staff was defensive and blamed the software. I never did get it to install and I'd used this software for a decade! (This was a new version too). This week it was determined by C-Ram the software they installed was corrupted and the hard drive needed to be replaced. The computer is Just over a year old, just out of warranty, never ran the software we wanted it too! C-Ram would not cover the cost of a new hard drive. We opted to not have C-Ram fix the hard drive.
