Total disaster and very sloppy at what they do. They skipped tax payments on behalf of our business which resulted in hefty penalties that we had to pay. They did not even keep receipts for payments they made online on the business behalf to mention a few things. They never admit mistakes and it is always the fault of the customer. You could lose a lot of money to the IRS and State tax authority if you trust them with your money. Yes, their rates are relatively cheaper than other accounting firms, but you really get the quality you pay for. read more

I wouldn't recommend a specific individual within the company. I have been cheated and robbed of my own tax returns. After doing my taxes there and being treated terribly by an individual who works there, I decided to try out doing my taxes on my own, and what-do-ya-know, I ended up with greater tax returns than I was offered. I have been here a few times now, and I will say that there are good workers there. However, with my last experience, where one of their workers attacked me verbally in a very rude manner, reason being that one customer treated them terribly because of their own wrongdoing of not explaining certain matters correctly, does not give that person reason to attack another customer, who approached them respectfully and calmly, with no prior knowledge of their previous encounter. Be choosey of where you do your taxes, for you never can fully trust others in returning your full-on tax returns! read more
