My dad and I were wanting to get started on trying to buy a house in Apple Valley. I came across these people through Zillow. I wanted to look at a house and before I was able to I was pretty much told they need to run a credit check to do so. I don't know the process to buying a house since I'm a first time home buyer but it was ridiculous. I spoke with this guy Daniel Boling and excuse my language but he pretty much gave me the run around. He was constantly telling me certain things need to be done to do a rapid rescore. I did everything he asked me and would be texting him the information and was constantly left on read. It's really unprofessional when someone sends you a text with important stuff and your constantly left on read. At least an acknowledgment or response would have been nice. He had originally told me oh yeah so this is what we would qualify for you and completely changed the amount even when I had given him the same information before. I would find someone who handles business more professional because this was not a good experience. I am a mom of a 3 year old and work full time. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I came here in good faith not to long ago via a realtor who referred me here (whom also was pretty horrible..... should have known), and the service and promptness of communication was horrendous. But let me explain my long story. So me and and another person were in the process for buying a house and we happened to have been referred by a friend to a realtor agent by the name of Sonya. Sonya had happened to have had a loan person she referred us to by the name of Vilma Hernandez who works at PMRG. We exchange information, fill out the loan paper work and happened to get approved for a certain amount with a certain interest rate. Long story short, we let go of Sonya due to her health and repeated unavailability to look at listings. Since PMRG processed our loan application, we stuck with them and changed realtors to avoid having to go through the process again with another lender. From that point forward, the communication between Vilma with my realtor and I has been unacceptable. It would take her nearly a week to respond to phone calls that me and my realtor would have regarding the loan and working out numbers. Hell, we had to do her work for her because initially she told us that we qualified for a down payment assistance program that would cover the FHA down payment amount of 3.5%. As soon as we put in a offer for the house and the seller accepted, within the 11th hour of nearly depositing the money into the escrow account after trying to reach Vilma numerous times within that 4 day window, Vilma calls us and tells us the downpayment assistance program expired 2 days prior and that interest rates increased, therefore affecting how much we qualified for. In this case, we had to withdraw out offer from the house we liked. As pissed as I was, I was so close to writing a letter to the BBB about this incident, but I hung in there. I decided to meet face to face with Vilma to discuss other alternatives and she never gave me a shot and pretty much booted us out the door of a 3 minute face to face appointment as if she didn't want to be bothered with us. It's funny because she told me I can only qualify for $280,000 but I qualified for $400,000 at a better lender with a slightly minute interest rate in comparison to what they had offered me and I'm sitting with my feet propped in my newly built home wondering how in the hell is PMRG still standing. Better yet, it makes you wonder who on earth do they hire, and what is their hiring process like to have a lady like Vilma even have a job???? Any who, I'm happy and I figure I spread the word of not doing business here or let alone with Vilma. P.S. After I done my business here, I've been getting alot of sales calls. It ain't by coincidence that after 8 years of having this number, that my phone rings off vibrate like crazy after my horrendous experience with PMRG which me and my family attorney are investigating. First, I want to start my review and state that not only am I reviewing this as a customer of PRMG, but I'm also a Realtor and have referred all business that I can to them, and can't say enough good things. PRMG, specifically, Renee Glaze, is amazing. I came to them after having gotten qualified through an individual mortgage broker (all around bad terrible unprofessional broker) who couldn't perform and ended up making me lose my EMD because the sellers were tired of his lack of performance. I found another house listed, who required I get pre-qualified with Renee at PRMG before submitting an offer, so I did. I had a great feeling after speaking with her, and even though I was prequalified elsewhere I had her do the loan with great recommendation from another agent. I'm so glad I did. Since then, I have purchased several homes and always use Renee personally. Her and her team at PRMG are so eager to get things closed, I've never felt like the file is just "sitting" or "waiting", there's always something they are doing to get the deal done! As a Realtor, I know that if she gives them the green-light "prequal" letter that it is as solid as it gets. PRMG is very thorough and I am always confident nothing pops up during the 11th hour to risk not being able to close. I've experienced countless lenders that just wait and seem like they are rushing and scrambling at the end.
