They have one…read moreperson doing the DMV distribution of tags and unfortunately when that person goes on vacation everyone around there has a dumb look on their face and all they do is roll their eyes and are no help....but they will charge you $49 to get your tags to you and nothing. I'm assuming the manager in charge of the Victorville office should turn off her Samsung message retrieval because I've been trying to contact her about picking up my tags and all it says is read and no response. I am going on 3 days trying to get my tags and they are being very unprofessional. You asked to speak with the owner and all you have is people side tracking you and I really don't think the owner of these individual insurance companies and know what's going on or how rude his employees are. Update finally got a response and at once again beating around the bush when I should have had the tags two days ago instead I get you can pick them up after 12 p.m. when this person told me exactly that I could pick them up in the morning I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as of tomorrow at 9 a.m. and trying to contact their owner who mysteriously doesn't exist

A distressing experience working with this office. Based on their rates and supposed "great"…read morecustomer service, I sought them out to bundle my home and Auto insurance. All communication from the rep., Ruby E., ceased once they got my account for the HOI. But I was under the assumption that my bundle was honored since they were listed on my escrow. I sent an email and called for confirmation on the 26th. I received a voicemail on the 28th that no auto account existed. From the 31st to 4th, I called and left voice-mails that were not responded to. I had to go through state farms general customer service representatives to, utimately, get connected to my agents office. Multiple dropped calls, dead ends, and transfers just to finally connect to Ruby. I expressed my frustration of the situation, detailed how there was an oversight with their office (i clearly conveyed my intent to bundle my auto and house in the original email communications to ruby). I simply get a "sorry for the miscommunication," we can get the auto insurance for today and we will issue the discount for your home insurance through the mail. When inquiring on my auto insurance being back-dated, given that it was the office's lapse in fulfilling my preference, they said they could not help in that regard. If she couldn't fix her mistake, why did I have to be funneled back to her to purchase my auto insurance when any rep. should be able to achieve that task? This could have been done on Nov 1st. The lack of concern for my frustration and stress was astounding. I forewarn anyone who is seeking insurance through this office.
