There are a few water holes, but nothing that would rob you of your golf balls. Affordability: The price for 18 holes with a cart was $38 which I found to be well worth it. There is not a senior or military discount. The staff in the club house were nice and the prices for snack and drinks were very low. Gripes: The pace of play slowed down tremendously. Making the turn, we discovered that a group of 6 was holding up everyone on the course. This is normally frowned upon at most courses; however, there was no ranger to enforce pace of play. Additionally, I never saw a beverage/snack cart which may or may not exist.

Course was in incredible shape especially for the price point. Greens were pretty difficult but rolled true, fairways were all in tact with no major issues, tee boxes were fine. I do not leave many reviews but for anyone who is in the same boat that my brother and I were in today you must stop here!

I highly recommend it to anybody who really want to learn a dance and learn how to come out of their shell. This is a special group of people that run operate this dance studio. The volunteers can answer your questions and provide extra tidbits. The CCC Neuse II is open on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm as it is run by volunteers. There is no cost to view the replica boat though but they do appreciate donations. There is a large parking lot across the street from the replica. This attraction does require walking up stairs to get to the second level. Then other stairs to go below deck.

The Wayne County Historical Museum is located in Downtown Goldsboro. The stunning building will…read moregreet you when you arrive. The museum is free to tour but donations are welcome. The two story museum also has an elevator. Masks are required for entry into the museum. The exhibits appear to rotate at the museum. The main exhibit at the moment is Fighting For Freedom and is about the black soldiers in the Civil War. Upstairs had photos and other items from the Revolutionary War to today's ongoing conflicts. There were uniforms, flags; weapons, photographs and newspapers. A lot of the displays were hard to see as they were crammed into the front so we could just see parts of it. Downstairs, the museum has walls and displays that honor community members of Wayne County. There were antique toys and a dollhouse. The backroom had medical equipment including a wheelchair, medical tools and books. The museum uses most of its space wisely to display so much history. I was disappointed the USO and other artifacts upstairs were crammed to the front rather than use the ballroom space to display them properly.
