Also--very pet-friendly place (the staff may love your puppy more than you... maybe... lol). Overall, if you can find a place here, I would! We're going on our third year and have debated other places, but nothing compares. The amenities are well maintained (because no one wants to just look at the pool or gym because it's out of order AGAIN and was supposed to be fixed last week). The landscaping is always clean, and the people here are friendly and family-oriented if that's what you're looking for.

I was iffy on moving in as I had read reviews of its past, HOWEVER, I learned a little before I moved in that the property had just been acquired by its current management team, and I have to say they are amazing! Any maintenance issue I've ever had has been taken care of within 24 hours, it's life things happen, but the management team has always come through. There's no pests, management makes sure to keep the units treated. They keep the grounds clean and cut, & of course it's extremely affordable! At move-out, I was initially told I owed over $700 for various charges, including alleged carpet staining that I did not cause. I requested to see the condition of the carpet at the time, but I was not allowed access to verify it myself. I later worked with a property manager at the time who reviewed the situation and cleared the remaining balance, bringing my account to $0 owed. However, the issue was never properly resolved long-term. A later employee I dealt with did not take the matter seriously and dismissed my concerns, stating she deals with many people every day, which came across as though my issue was not a priority. Despite my account showing a $0 balance, I continue to receive calls from debt collectors on a regular basis. I have also submitted disputes twice, but the charges continue to be validated by the property. This has now negatively impacted my credit for years, despite the fact that I no longer owe any balance. It has been extremely frustrating trying to resolve something that should have been fully closed years ago.
