I was iffy on moving in as I had read reviews of its past, HOWEVER, I learned a little before I moved in that the property had just been acquired by its current management team, and I have to say they are amazing! Any maintenance issue I've ever had has been taken care of within 24 hours, it's life things happen, but the management team has always come through. There's no pests, management makes sure to keep the units treated. They keep the grounds clean and cut, & of course it's extremely affordable! Bonus points for the convenience store also in walking distance.
