You go online to book an hour or more and you have the run of the entire place for that hour. I went with my grandson who isn't quite 2 years old yet and he had a great time but kids of all ages will find fun stuff to do. HUGE ball pit, tons of sensory toys, swings and hanging chairs, light shows, amazing videos, there's even a climbing wall. Once your hour is up, everything is cleaned before the next family comes in. They use several products to sterilize, including fogging in the ball pit. Grab the kids and go!

Babies will need to be especially supervised since they are sharing a space with toddlers. The adjacent much smaller toddler/preschooler room is decent although I'm not sure if parents are supposed to stay in there or not (but there are no barstools outside that room). They had some legos, blocks, and Thomas the train themed lego trains. At first I naively thought this was a cafe where you could just let your child play and leisurely sip coffee and watch them (aka ignore them) from a barstool. However, due to the open play area being less toy centric and more mobile centric you have to be close to your child. They serve crepes and smoothies as well as coffee. I found the coffee wasn't hot enough but maybe that was due to safety reasons? The entrance fee is $12 and paid outside parking is $1 per hour. They do not accept cash and you have to reserve your spot ahead of time online. They blast a zen-like calming music which is kinda nice. The bathrooms are impeccable and they have changing tables bravo! Those bar stools sure were deceiving.. it would have been nice to just be able to sit and sip coffee and watch my little one play. I did have fun here though we spent 3 hours here today!

The ground, except the edges, is made out of a spongy water resistant foam so it's fairly safe for the kiddos to run around barefoot. Only reasons it gets 4 stars instead of 5 are because: some of the structures were elusive, even to me, as to how to get them spraying water; and because the foam, although great in concept, was dug out severely in one area (see photo) and tons of lil foam-ish balls were literally everywhere (choking hazard for small children, falling hazard for all kids). So: supervision required and necessary. But a great way to entertain childers for hours on a sunny hot day!

All I know, I saw many things that opened my eyes and no staff were anywhere in sight. I think I saw a pair of staff in the whole kid playing area of over 100+ kids and I was beside myself with all the children running everywhere with no monitors/parents in sight. 8+ kids in a small trampoline enclosure bouncing on each other, many kids crying all over the after sustaining a battle wound... and at one point 2 kids of about 3 years old running full throttle into each other while looking behind them... with the most fascinating meat smacking sound and car wreck in pieces on the floor afterwards. I tried hard not to laugh, it was comedy gold I tell you! Don't worry after a few tears they were running around as if nothing happened. Some places in here also smelled weird, with the occasional whiff being breathed in from some long lost tragedy that happened in this place. My mind wandered...what caused this smell? How long ago did it happen? Why am I still smelling this today? Did they survive the ordeal? So many questions... They also have an arcade and it's pretty ancient with the original NBA Jam from the early 90ies where most parents here today were around the age of the kids running around today. The biggest tragedy of this place though is that it still requires 4 tokens to play a full game. Insane! There's a small snack bar station for parents inclined to feed their child some fast food or more sugar for whatever reason. I came here for a birthday party, it was OK, it was free and got to hang with friends, so that was cool. I can see myself coming back here on day and not by choice. :)

Even adults enjoyed this, although I got shot in the face at some point. They require shoes to be removed, so make sure you let younger kids go bare feet or wear grippy socks, since some areas can get slippery. My kids and I also enjoyed the slides and some arcade games, although the claw machines are kind of cheesy. Either way, this is a great choice if you want to let your kids go crazy and if you wish to release your inner child!

We went early in the morning, but can assure you that this place gets busy very fast. The principal attraction is the zipline, which makes this park truly unique. Make your way to the treehouse, going on the suspended bridges, spider webs and ladders. Lots of other features to ensure that kids of all ages will not get bored, and plenty of places to sit or even have a bite to eat. Very well designed and plenty of space. Just be mindful to stay off areas where there are warning signs about poison ivy.

My kids enjoy simply crawling through the tube tunnels, climbing up the net ladders, running through the alleyways or zipping down the slides. "Driving" the truck, "flying" the airplane, and rolling the giant exercise balls on the second level are favourite activities too. The best part is the large separate snack area they have set aside for their patrons -- kids always get hungry and thirsty, and it is nice to be able to bring in our own lunch to save money and maximize our play time. They also offer beverages and snacks at their cafe. Their nut-free policy definitely gives me piece of mind when bringing my peanut-allergic son here. It can get busy if daycare groups are visiting, but the last Tuesday morning (when adults get in free) we were here, it was quiet and we nearly had the place to ourselves. Admission isn't cheap and entry is $13 and $8 for my two kids, but the amenities available more than make up for it when we do occasionally drop in. Great place - we will be back.

It's at a great location at the Old Port. It's effectively a large warehouse space with the labyrinth being made up of metal frames with vinyl barriers. You need to go to four station where you have your card punched before you can try and find the exit, with each station offering a bit of history of the city. We had purchased the MTL pass which gave us a choice of dozens of options to redeem (you need to look that up if visiting the city!). This hadn't been our first choice as we wanted to do a boat tour, but with that no working out, we found this. It wasn't the most elaborate or impressive thing, but it did still take a good hour to get through and the three kids with us (aged between 8-12) really enjoyed it. I didn't look up the prices, but it was a 'pink' activity from our pass which would've been about a $15 cost, and that was fair. I'd recommend it mostly just for those with kids, but with that in mind and it being in a great location, it's a good family option.
