I went in with returns from 3 different shipments and did not have any shipping boxes/bags. I only had the return labels. Each return required separate packaging. I was greeted by a women named Judy. Boy was I impressed! Whether a client or a service provider in today's world it seems like so many are overwhelmed and short on patience. At times it has been challenging to find sincere smiles and superior customer service. Today I received just that! Yet one week later, they were unwilling to acknowledge they had hear back from UPS. The lady Barbara seems nice, her spouse Herb is the jerk. When i finally got frustrated and told them to fix the situation, he blamed me and told me i had dropped the package. I have pictures and the packaging still sitting in my garage as proof. Now i have had to open a case with eBay. We will see, but i would be careful dealing with this establishment.
