I went in with returns from 3 different shipments and did not have any shipping boxes/bags. I only had the return labels. Each return required separate packaging. I was greeted by a women named Judy. Boy was I impressed! Whether a client or a service provider in today's world it seems like so many are overwhelmed and short on patience. At times it has been challenging to find sincere smiles and superior customer service. Today I received just that! They told me it was packaged by a UPS store and it is covered by insurance and to file a claim with UPS which i did. UPS said they completed the investigation and informed the seller the same day. Yet one week later, they were unwilling to acknowledge they had hear back from UPS. The lady Barbara seems nice, her spouse Herb is the jerk. When i finally got frustrated and told them to fix the situation, he blamed me and told me i had dropped the package. I have pictures and the packaging still sitting in my garage as proof. Now i have had to open a case with eBay. We will see, but i would be careful dealing with this establishment.

Turns out he works out of Tampa remotely and the movers have never met him. I asked him if the movers would show up in the Eagle truck. He said "yes". It was an Enterprise truck. After booking with him I saw the many poor reviews and called him back and challenged him. He said he would have his best crew on my move. 2 guys showed up and they simply had little moving experience and the were just unprofessional. I am glad it was a simple move but I would never trust that team with a move with heavy furniture, etc. I was disappointed mostly because I was lied to after trying to make sure I had the right company hired.
