I wasn't able to be in town but scheduled a hair ‍and makeup appointment at The Esthetic Center. I am an old high school friend of the owner Luisabel and in high school she would always do our hair and makeup before we'd go out. She is passionate about everything esthetic-makeup and hair included. I just knew my niece would be in good hands this afternoon as she prepped for her prom debut. Prom is a huge rite of passage for many young adults and I wanted my niece to have fun and look her best. Well, mission accomplished all thanks to The Esthetic Center. And The pain was excruciating, I pleaded with her to help correct it since it was my daughter's wedding I went back for A touch-up especially since The color was wayyyyyy off for my dark skin It still looks too warm THEY LOOKED NAVY BLUE I've contacted her 3 times and She's INSISTING me for to pay her $150 additionally I sent her pictures Showing her how disfigured the shape is AND how off the color is how sparse the shading is Yet !!!!she's refusing to give me a refund so I can go elsewhere to "fix" my eyebrows - Very disappointed and will not recommend her services ever!!!!
