Well after be rescheduled 4 times now and the last one without my knowledge having me drive 30min to find out it had been canceled again. I will be finding a different practice that cares about there patients and will actually see them. A year to see a cardiologist and being swapped to different ones each visit tells me this is not a practice that will give you any time or answers I would look else where.

Of course cardiac matters are of great importance, but being a patient is not fun, and having a doctor with a bit of flare is a good thing. My parents and in-laws all have had different doctors here, so I have met many. As far as the service they provide, their offices are convenient, clean, safe and well run by a great support staff!

Had an appointment set up a few weeks ago but realized I wouldn't be in town. I called to cancel…read morethe appointment and was forwarded to voicemail where they said they'd call me back. They did not. I called at least two more times. Left voice mail both times. No one called me. I did not attend the appointment on Friday after I tried to cancel three times and they put me down as a no-show. On Tuesday morning, they emailed, robo-called, and texted me to let me know I was charged and needed to reschedule. Almost forgot, when I got a robocall to confirm my appointment, the options were 1 - confirm and ... There was no other route despite the machine desperately asking me to enter an option. Such a waste of time!
