We had a horrible experience today with this company. I called them on Friday, and the initial…read morehome visit on Saturday went well. But then this company's performance went downhill from there. Steve Orta said he had a care giver by the name of Sonia Lenville lined up to arrive at our house today at 8:00AM. I called him at 8:15 and advised him Sonia had not yet shown up. He tried calling her, but no answer. Steve then called and said he would work to find someone else. My wife had knee surgery yesterday, and I had a funeral to attend today. I was running out of time On a very stressful day. Steve lives very close to us, and I asked if he would come until he found a replacement. That is the last I heard from Steve. I was left to sort out his mess with this very unreliable Sonia on my own. I would steer clear of Steve, Sonia Lenville and Healthy at Home. They are a 3-ring circus.
