Mary Cay did that and more, and I couldn't be happier (or more relieved.) I went on the same day as my cousin and was totally taken by surprise at the "welcome board" she uses... it cracked me up! There was a big sign welcoming both my cousin & I by name, and you don't see that personal touch very often anymore. It at least let me know I was in the right place! I went upstairs and we laid everything I had on the table. Forms and forms and more forms. She took all of my information and then plugged a bunch of things in, which took about 30 minutes. What I LOVED about her services was that she explained what everything meant as she went along and I ended up learning so much just from the brief time I spent in her office. Her fee is reasonable, and what stood out to me was that it includes "anytime financial advice." I can call her or email her with questions about anything related to money throughout the year, and she'll be glad to help me. She also told me she thought it was great that I was taking charge of my finances and had everything organized, which made me feel ahh-mazing. The only thing better than having your taxes done early is doing business with someone you can tell genuinely cares about putting you in the best situation possible. To make matters worse, after receiving three confirmation emails reminding me that if I was fifteen minutes late they would cancel my appointment, I got there fifteen minutes EARLY to find no one there. When no one had shown up by fifteen minutes after the appointment time, I walked away. I do not do business with such inconsiderate, shoddy companies.
