He has called several times to find that they either do not answer the phone or the results are not back in as of yet. We recently found out that Dr. O has left this practice and decided to call again this morning. My husband called and was told the results are not in yet, he asked if Dr. O was still there, and was told no. The receptionist finally said the results have not been read, and that he would have to get them sent to another clinic to be read and then was hung up on. I am not sure how this is morally responsible to hang up on your clients and or not try to help them. He will not be visiting this practice again as clearly the staff are much too busy to do their job correctly and efficiently and certainly do not care about their clients.

The waiting room can get pretty packed and some times they are over their daily limit for walk ins by as early as 1pm. He has given me the best advise and is always willing to listen to me. Even when it is really busy he takes the time with me , though sometimes I have had to wait. His staff is warm and friendly and I have gotten to know them well over the years. They always greet me and remember me from one visit to the next. I like that. They always tell me if there is a wait and ask if i want to change my appointment but mostly I have not had to wait more than 15-20 minutes for my medical appointment. When i listen to my friends that have to wait an hour to see the doctor I know i am really lucky!
