I have come to book Paris and Eiffel Tower Tour for 4 adults and 4 kids. A travel agent ( Patricia) scanned my QR code but did not ask me how many people we would like to get booked for the tour. She saw 2 adults including me in the front of her counter and presumed that my group has 2 adults only. She scanned the QR code for two adults while we need 8 tickets in total. We asked her to do the booking for 8 but she and her supervisor (Maria) asked us to contact booking.com to revalidate the QR code because the current QR cannot be used twice. While I am at their office to email booking.com about revalidating the QR code as their request, they changed their mind and said that the ticket for 2 adults they booked for me were the last two on Tuesday. It means my family cannot take their tour. What really annoyed me is that just a couple of minutes ago when I raised my concern about the availability of the tour for my whole group if I have to wait for booking.com's response, her supervisor told me that they opened until 10pm and usually they have 30 spots availability, so I just needed to contact booking.com and they would revalidate the QR code and book the tour for my group. But now they change the strategy and decided to cover their fault by telling me that they don't have any more spot available. It is unbelievable! Is it how they treat their customers. Took a tour bus by them and the company employees stoles my wallet I left on the bus.

We took a trip with them to FountainBleu, it was OK. Glad we only used them for the bus, the tours seemed vague and generic. The bus was very cramped, if you are a tall person get there early and get the back row middle seat with lots of leg room. There are bathrooms on the buses but they are TINY. You will fold yourself into a pretzel trying to use them. The seats have USB charging ports but they work very slowly, so charge your devices in advance. We also took them for a whole day tour of Normandy. While our tour guide was nice, the stops were too frequent and too short. Often we only got 15-20 minutes at each stop. Far better would be to have less stops and more time at each stop. read more

Took the afternoon Giverny excursion, what a waste! We were late due to accident, not their fault, but the bus drops us off, allows only 1 hour for tour, says be here to leave, then we wait for 1 hour for the bus. Why? The bus went to refuel in the countryside where it is cheaper and couldn't get back in time. So we spent 2pm to 830pm for a 1hour tour of giverny which is approx 1 hour from paris. I hope because of the bad reviews another company will take all this feedback and start up competition. Doesn't appear that Paris City Vision does anything to improve and because there isn't much competition they still get most of the business. It was a mad house when checking-in in the morning. A few people were left behind from their tour because they were waiting in the wrong bus line and I wouldn't be surprised if it were due to incorrect information from the check-in people. When we checked-in they gave us the wrong bus number so we were looking for a bus that didn't even exist for about 15 mins. It didn't help that multiple buses were headed towards the same place (but different busses had additional stops/features). We also chose the option with the audio guide but when we checked-in they were adamant that we didn't and because we were in a hurry (even though we arrived 30 mins prior) we had to let it go. Our "tour guide" was nice. The company could save some money and not hire this person. The only thing they did was tell us there would be a stop at the halfway point and let us know what time we needed to get back to the bus. The bus driver could do that... It was a very expensive ride over there but because of the strikes we went with the "tour" bus route rather than the train. The bus was acceptable and most of the seats were able to recline. Our tour guide Pascal was awesome and our coach driver Cedric was awesome as well. They were both very helpful and patient with us. Tour was very informative and we covered a lot of territory in four days. Pace was very good and the food that was included was very good as well. We took another tour with Paris City Vision to Versailles and our tour guide John was awesome as well. We will definitely be using them again when we plan our next trip to Paris, France. Incompetent, rude and unscrupulous. I booked a tour for $300, I called in advance for hotel pickup and that I was traveling with my infant son. They said no problem. On day of trip they said there was no room for an infant carrier and the driver (a French jerk) said he was going to mark us as a "no show" because we had an infant. Just awful!!!! We booked three separate tours on three separate days and every single one was a disaster. 1- Versailles. Said we weren't in the system despite having a confirmation. While there, we were rushed through the palace. You're better off going on your own! 2 - Louvre tour with audio guide. They charged me for the kids even though Louvre staff told us there was no charge for kids. Audio was pathetic. Not complete and follows no reasonable sequence while inside the museum. Better off going early on your own and using the museums audio tour 3- Paris City Tour. They emailed me while I had already arrived in Paris (after having a confirmation sent 3 weeks prior) to saying the trip was overbooked and offered us another date. After we said that wasn't an option for us, they miraculously got a cancellation. When we arrived, they put us on the no lunch tour despite having paid for a lunch. We paid for a guided tour of Versailles .... there may have been a misunderstanding on our part as to the length of the tour, and I will give them the benefit of the doubt there. Given that, here was the remainder of our experience: We were NOT told that the tour buses were numbered, and just to wait out front. Due to our diligent investigation, we finally figured out we were standing in an incorrect line and moved once we noticed someone removed the magnetic number and placed it near a different bus. All loaded, we then waited about 25 minutes for some unknown reason before taking off. Perhaps one of the tour guides were late? Once arriving there we were given 10 minutes to walk the gardens before the inside tour was to begin. We were told to wait in section a for our tour guide and group that was to be in English. We took a moment to gaze out at the Gardens and returned in plenty of time, only to find that our group was in section C and leaving to enter early. Our tour guide spoke very broken English, and was a low talker, Seinfeld fans will understand. She only gave the most inane information and seemed to only want to move from spot to spot when someone else's tour was moving in order to cluster us all up for some reason. She could see no one was happy and kept telling us don't worry the tour would be over soon. She gave us another 15 minutes after the indoor tour to either use the facilities prior to boarding the bus or to pop out and try to see the gardens. This was simply ridiculous given the best outdoor space. Do yourself a huge favor and just get a non-guided tour ticket. Being with a tour group allows you to bypass the huge security line and file through one set up just for tour groups. This will save you approximately an hour. My advice is to then skip the bus back and just take the metro. Even with the museum pass, you still have to go through the long security line so I still would go with some tour company, but they're definitely wasn't enough time to see anything. She also chastised a couple sitting next to us, because they returned the audio equipment directly to the facility rather than to her. Apparently they didn't understand or hear her instructions. From one small business owner to another, I did buys them to have some instructions written in English to give their clients, it would save them a lot of trouble Lastly, our tour guide, who is a representative for her company, didn't seem to be very concerned about combing her hair that morning. We bought a combined Paris city tour, skip-the-line Eiffel tower, and cruise. For this combo, you show up at the ParisCityVision office on 2 Rue Pyramides to exchange your emailed, printed receipt for a ticket which gets you on a double decker bus. Ive never been on a tour bus so this was all new to us. So you show up at the office and their is a horrible line to redeem web ticket for actual tickets. The office is hot because ventilation is poor and there are many people. The staff are rushed trying to process all these people and I saw one pair of women arguing over who was next in line. The bus is a totally enclosed type (not like the open air double deckers). We choose the lower level of the bus thinking it might be cooler. It was very well air conditioned which was great but you strain to see the sights. Little earphones plugin to the seat for audio narrative. While you cover a lot of ground, it is marginally worthwhile at best. I would probably rather see less on foot. They drop you at the Eiffel tower where a guide marches you to an entrance for tour groups. This is the 'skip the line' part. What they dont tell you is that while you are skipping the pay-for-your-ticket line, you still have the -go-up-on-the-elevator line. And that is 20+ min. Your guide is now gone and you are on your own. Just before that, we were given tickets for the cruise and told we could use it anytime for the next 2 days and were told where to go to meet the cruise boat. I did the cruise and while the cattle car process to board is a bit painful, the cruise itself is fun. There are a lot of people but the boat is very large so you are not squished and it seemed everyone that wanted a seat got one. Overall, this is a inexpensive way to get a very superficial view of Paris. For some that may be what they want. But the ticket exchange deal kinda sucks. And overall, I would rather pay more for a private guide and do a walk/metro/cab tour. read more

We have booked a skip the line audio tour of Louvre with ParisCityVision. It was a little more expensive than just wait on line to get your the same ticket for 20E, but we decided that skip the line was worth it. On the day of the tour we show up to pick up our tickets only to be told that there are no tickets. And what did they recommend? Go back to the museum, stand on line and get your regular ticket. No apologies, no alternative tours, no other options given. Off we go to spend our precious time standing in a huge line. Oh well, things happen we thought. 2 days later I receive an email from ParisCityVision asking for a review of our tour. Since I am an unhappy customer, I take my time to write a very detailed, objective and polite review. I thought to myself, maybe my review will help someone else. However, today I received an email that "We would like to inform you that your review on the website Pariscityvision.com has been declined and Pariscityvision.com suggests that you submit another" My review has been declined? The Luvre is so big and it can be overwhelming. The tour introduced us to the major highlights of the museum and oriented us on how to best spend our time the rest of the day. We booked the 5 hour tour of Versailles with this company with the fountain tour included (87 euro each for adults). The person who sold us the ticket did not tell us that we needed to convert our voucher to a boarding pass, so although we were at the appointed spot an hour in advance, we found out this new information very late and ended up at the end of the boarding line. The tour guide was fine but not spectacular. She seemed to ramble a bit. The palace was so crowded that day--not their fault of course--that it was hard to enjoy the trip. The bus departed on time and returned on time. The seats were comfortable. Overall, considering that everything is taken care of and we had no ticket lines to stand in at Versailles I would say that the trip was worth the money. read more

FONTAINEBLEAU & VAUX LE VICOMTE- Tour Here's how it works: Book your tickets online. You'll get your confirmation and voucher to print. In my case I couldn't print anything that easily and was concerned about how they handled it. I contacted them 3xs by email, but no response. I find a internet cafe (remember those?) and print the 2 pages for 2euros. I show up an hour early and present my voucher, they give me a bus ticket and tell me which bus to line up for 15 minutes ahead of time. In the end I guess I could have just shown them the email and they would have given me a ticket anyway...so don't sweat it if your AirBnb doesn't have a printer. There are two bathrooms in the offices. One is out of order. So go before you get on the bus. We turned our ticket over to the person who gives us our CHATEAU TICKETS and WHEN TO MEET DIRECTIONS. She speaks several languages. The driver was quite jovial and friendly. Really enjoyed his attitude throughout the trip. The bus has CELLPHONE CHARGERS at each seat. The seats are a bit tight for those with long legs. The bus has a toilet those I didn't see anyone use it. The first leg is to Vaux le Vicomte, it's out in the countryside. It's great because it took maybe 35-45 minutes to get there and it's not busy at all. Your guidebooks will tell you all about the place. Me, I preferred Fontainebleau it as well as Versaille. There are several bathrooms there and we had 3 hours to kill. I ate my lunch that I brought with me in a peaceful side garden. Everyone meets back at the spot the driver said and we're off to Fontainebleu. Fontainebleu has a town that has sprung up around the chateau. There are a lot of places to eat, boulangerie's patisseries, etc. Check them out. The driver tells us where to meet and we're off. The chateau tour is more diverse and ostentatious as everything else is. The gardens are close to the the manmade lake and are excellent for picnics...hence, get some food or whatever and plan on relaxing there. There are several bathrooms throughout, but the one behind the chateau that looks open to the public is .30euros. Inside is free. We meet back at the bus and we're heading back to Paris. If it's a weekday, it's going to be thick with traffic. SO BE PREPARED. HAVE FOOD AND WATER...because it took 2.5 hours to get back! That's just the way it is. Otherwise, the air-conditioning on the bus can get a little chilly even with the top vents closed. BRING SOMETHING TO COVER YOURSELF WITH. The service was reasonable and I didn't expect anything more than a ride to and from the spots. And they delivered on the most basic things. read more

Combo tour of Eiffel tower, Sienne boat tour and Illumination City tour. The cost of the tour was $105 per person. Sold individually the River cruise is $18 and Illumination is $27 with the Eiffel Tower to the 2nd level being priced at $68. We thought we were getting a value. When we arrived Paris City Vision said the Eiffel Tower was closed due to a strike, later we found the strike had been ongoing and they never tried to contact us. They said there was a good chance it would be settled while we were doing the river tour but if it was not they'd refund the value of the missed trip to the 2nd level of the tower. Strike was not settled and we never got a refund. I sent 2 requests and they ended up refunding $18 a ticket. Felt ripped off. read more

We were able to get in quickly and she selected a couple of artists who she gave a lot of info about and got us in to see the Mona Lisa as well. I have contacted this company for two months to get full refund for the event I booked, and they have been unresponsive. I am highly disappointed with the delay and unresponsiveness. My friend and I traveled together to Paris and booked an 3 part event, River Seine Cruise, Dinner and Moulin Rouge Show together to celebrate my birthday in Paris on March 7, 2018. But we never got to do the River Seine tour as promised in the itinerary, and the tour guide left my friend and I at the restaurant when we were supposed to be driven to the show. We had to run to get a taxi to go to the show because we were left behind by the tour guide. We were rushed, exhausted and late to the show. The whole experience was very stressful and horrible and we were mislead to believe that we would experience the River Seine tour. I have sent multiple emails to you at Expedia and tried to contact City Vision on my own with no response and I will continue to follow up via phone and email and escalate until I receive a full refund. We used this company for our trip to Mont St. Michel. We thought about renting a car but our relatives in Paris recommended we just take a tour and I'm glad we did. We had to get up pretty early to come to the office and check in and then board the bus at 715 or 730am. The bus is roomy and comfortable enough for the four hour trip. There is a stop half way through for the bathroom and food both ways. It is about a 30 minute stop which is nice. The two tour guides spoke French, English, Spanish and Mandarin! They sounded very good from my little knowledge of each. Some of the other tourists actually changed their tour to have a guide. During the bus ride there are a few tidbits that the guides gave us but a lot of people ended up sleeping. We chose the unguided tour without lunch. There is a shuttle that takes you from the parking lot to the island. The walk probably takes about 30 minutes if you want to do that. I was 24 weeks pregnant so I was a bit worried about this trip with a lot of stairs but it is definitely doable. The island is a very small town with shops and restaurants catered to tourist and there are two different ways (at least) to make your way up to the monastery. There is plenty of room on the way so you can rest as you need it. Lot of picture taking opportunities. The monastery has a little info sheet that gives you some information about the layout if you chose not to have a tour. Very impressive, and I'm sure more so if you have a guided tour. We had about 4 hours total to explore the island and it was plenty of time for us to slowly make our way up, visit several shops and have a small lunch. I'm not sure if you had the lunch with the guides if you feel rushed or not. This was one of our favorite things we did on our France trip to see something different. Last time I took this trip with another agency it was 4-6 people in a mini-van and I was picked up and returned to my hotel. Not crammed into a large bus when Covid is still here. The instructions were that we were to meet the tour in front of the hotel Pullman, and there would be someone there with a Paris city vision Sign to meet us. We arrived not just 30 minutes early as requested by the company, but almost an hour early because we were not familiar with Paris yet it was our 1st day in the city. We waited an hour and a 1/2, and they never showed up. We made attempts by telephone email and through our travel agent to try to contact them. And there has been no response. This was over a week ago, and we are back in the States now. If they did not have enough people to conduct the tour or whatever the reason was that they did not show up, there should have been some type of communication. There has been no response from them to date. Save your money and book the individual things on your own. Paris city vision is a scam. read more

USE CAUTION BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Hard to get ahold of, bad customer service and they lose reservation, We booked a private tour to Versailles in April for our May honeymoon. We received an email with our confirmation for 21/05/10 (may 21st) along with the pick up and departure location and the time of departure (8:00am) . When we arrived May 21st at 7:30am no one was present. We started trying to call the phone lines and after 35 min gave up and called an Uber to take us to their main office. When we arrived they said they had no record of us even though we had a booking confirmation number, tickets, and our account had been charged. They told us to wait 5-10 minutes while they sorted it out. 30 min later no one had come to speak with us and we had to go to the desk to restart inquiry. It's our honeymoon and we had to leave Paris that day at 4:45pm for Barcelona. We informed them of all the transportation and bag storage costs we had to pay to line up our morning in Versailles as well as the now 5 hour gap in our day and all they offered us was a refund and one of their cheap boat tours (which we had already done days ago) they were in a hurry to get rid of us also. I'm sure the tour is nice, but we won't be able to find out now and they did not seem to care about their mistake. Do not trust these losers! They gave me a fake address where a tour bus was to pick us up to go to Versailles. I tried calling them and their phones do NOT accept calls from US numbers. It was our last day in Paris and we had to take a taxi at the last minute to go to the palace and then another taxi on the way back. I wish I could give this a negative review because they are essentially scam artists. I bought a ticket and was charged...but no ticket showed up. Not only that, but they said the first card was declined so they had the ability to charge me twice on two different cards. Needless to say, I never got a ticket and "customer service" was unresponsive. They even have a nice chat set up via whatsapp. Since whatsapp has read receipts it showed that THEY READ MY MESSAGE AND IGNORED IT. Now, just days before my expensive trip to Paris I am on the phone crying with my bank trying to get my money back for a very expensive tour ride I was supposed to get. I had an experience similar to that reviewed by Donna J. I booked in a Paris City Vision tour in Dec. 2019. The tour was discontinued because of COVID, I received a voucher which I finally cancelled in Apr. 2022. I was told by Paris City Vision they could not process my refund to a credit card. They could however process my refund via PayPal. They apparently had no such problem when I booked the tour using my credit card. After many emails, they refunded my money to my PayPal account. Note that I did not use PayPal for the original purchase. Then PayPal charged my a 5% fee which was subtracted from the refund. Go Figure!? At least I got 95% of my original charge refunded. My advise is to be very careful charging a Paris City Vision tour to your credit card if you might need to cancel! read more

I'm REALLY not an organized tours kind of person, and then seeing the truly awful reviews here about this place gave me even more reason to expect the worst. But we actually had such a great experience that I really felt compelled to post a review to provide another perspective. We wanted to go out to see Monet's Gardens in Giverny. We didn't really need a guided tour, but we looked at the various options for getting out there, and the hassle level seemed pretty high. So we decided to just take a gamble and book a tour through Paris City Vision, primarily for the ride there and back. We did just the morning tour. Check-in was a bit chaotic and slow, which didn't really make us feel like we were getting off on the right foot. The line was long, and was moving about as fast as the line at the post office. But once we got to the front, we just showed them our vouchers on my phone, and were handed our tickets with minimal hassle. They could definitely improve this part of the process, and if I could knock off half a star for it, I would, but it was such a small part of the overall experience that I didn't find it to be a huge detractor on the whole. When we got to our bus, we met our tour guide, who was truly delightful. She was friendly, funny, and helpful. We were lucky enough to be in a group of only eight, and I'd guess that the bus was probably about 1/3 to 1/2 full (including another group with a different guide). When the guide handed us the ubiquitous "group tour headsets" I was pretty cynical, but she actually gave us some really interesting information and commentary on the drive over, which gave quite a bit more depth to our visit. When we arrived, she gave us a quick walk around the grounds to show us where things were, and then let us loose to do what we wanted. This was truly perfect. If we had gone out there on our own, we definitely would have been totally fine, but having someone to give us the lay of the land, and provide advice like "you should go through the house now because there will be a line soon, when more buses arrive," was super helpful. We had just about the perfect amount of time to explore, then we walked back to the bus, got on, and headed back to the city. Overall, it was an entertaining, very low-stress way to go see the sights, and we'd definitely do it again, even if I do remain an organized tour cynic. read more

This is THE WORST tour I have ever been on. Full day small group Versailles Our guide was grouchy and the tour was nothing more than what could be read in the tour pamphlet. He regularly left us behind and we almost lost one person...there were only 5 in the tour! We did not visit all of the galleries and only saw the gallery of battles because we asked if we could go into that room. Many of the reviews here focus on issues with booking the tour... We had none, so this will focus on our experience as a family with two children (10 and 12). Louvre - Eiffel Tower - Notre Dame I'll admit, I'm not a museum / art kind of person. Not cultured enough, I suppose. ;) And, neither are my kids, and I suspect many other kids as well. But, that said, even if you are a museum kind of person, the Louvre part of the tour was not fun. It was super crowded there, so much so that we lost track of our tour guide on several occasions (and that's with me actively looking for her) and had to scramble to find her. Not her fault at all - it was NUTS! We also lost our 12 year old (who was wearing an obnoxious bright yellow shirt lol) by the Mona Lisa. That was our fault totally, and the tour guide was kind enough to wait for us to find him. But,that just tells you how crazy it was. The boat trip between monuments on the Seine River boats was a highlight for us and the children. And we took that to the Eiffel Tower for lunch. The lunch was 'meh' but that's to be expected, after all the point is the view! My only complaint was that I felt I didn't have enough time to fully explore. Lunch takes a while, and so you have only about 45 minutes at most to roam by yourself. May sound like enough, but it is rushed if you decide to do much more than climb to the second floor. My opinion? They should limit the Louvre (or eliminate it lol) and extend the time at the Eiffel Tower. The benefit of the tour is that you can cut lines, so it was well worth it for this attraction. Boat to Notre Dame was next. Notre Dame is gorgeous, of course, but it's free so no special access for the tour here. You could easily do it on your own, but I guess it is nice as a newbie tourist to have the planning taken care of for you. Notre Dame is in an amazing neighborhood, so if you have the wherewithal after all that walking, it is worth checking out after the tour. Plan for a long day with comfortable shoes - you'll be on your feet a lot!! :) read more

They gave us the wrong tickets. The bus driver had the heat on even after several of us passengers asked for it to be turned down. I was soaking wet with sweat stepping out into bad weather. It was most uncomfortable. Driver was arrogant and defensive. We sought other transportation back to Paris. The audio tour was good. read more

Shady things going on here. I did not have an Eiffel Tower ticket before I arrived in the city. The lines are long and the online options were all sold out. Except for one vendor, PARISCityVision. They had two tickets and even better they were near sunset, what a perfect way to spend our last night in Paris! I happily paid more than market price (€50 /each) to make up for my mistake of not pre-purchasing tickets. However, when I arrived I was informed that a "free boat tour" was included in my tour. I neither wanted or needed a boat tour. What was really going on was that the Eiffel tickets they sold me were for 10pm not the 8pm that they advertised. So the boat tour was needed to distract us for 2 hours and hope that we wouldn't notice that we didn't get what we overpaid for. If I wanted to go to Eiffel at 10pm, I could have waited just a few minutes in the late night ticket line and paid €24 for my daughter and me instead of €100. I went to their site to register the above review. It is at that point that I realize that their review system does not pull from tripadvisor or google, instead it uses a third-party, scam-type review system who they pay to produce/collect reviews. We took two tours both semi disappointing. If you book a tour bus do it directly through these guys and not the Paris visitors convention bureau. Don't book ahead, walk in and you will receive a great discount on site rather than online. For the Mt. Saint Michel tour, the trip by bus is 10 hours. We paid $120 per person for the unguided tour. For five hours each way, the people that paid for the guided tour were entitled to earphones with information on the history of the area. It was made clear that we were not entitled to that and thus making us feel really bad about not paying the extra $50. We were forced to make a stop at a gas station and wait for 30 minutes each way in attempt to help the economy of the local gas station by purchasing good from them. We didn't fall for it. After 10 hours of driving, we were allowed 3.5 hours of tour time. We could have actually been given and extra hour if not for that 1 hour pit stop. I rate this trip at a 1 star. Our second bus trip to Versailles, what a cluster! It was all waiting and pushing and waiting and pushing. For the 1.5 hours of bus trip, we waited about 45 minutes in the cold to get in and then 1 hour of guided tour. We were literally given 15 minutes to look at the gardens and had to run. It was less than one star. Hated it. I would skip this and do the evening cab ride in the old taxi cabs. That was the best! read more

UGH! if I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On June 29th, 2015 I took a one day trip to London on the Eurostar. The total for 2 tickets roundtrip was approx. $560 in a nutshell basically my sister and I were stranded in London due to riots in the north of France that compromised the train tracks. All Eurostar trains were cancelled that night I stood in line for over 3 hours waiting to speak to a Eurostar rep and be able to get on the next available train back to Paris the following morning. Because of the saturation and various cancelled trains and rescheduling the closest they got me was to Disney Paris and I had to take the Metro back to my Hotel. IT WAS ALL A MESS Mind you we still had a full 8 days left in Paris full of plans and tours that were paid for anyways back to London. All the hotels in London were booked and the ones with availability were severely overpriced. My sister and I ended up spending the night at the train station without any sleep just sitting and waiting for over 8 hours. I was told by a Eurostar rep to email Eurostar and start a claim Eurostar told me it had to be through PARIS CITY VISION who was the 3rd party who charged my card. It has now been over a month and they promised a 80 to 90% refund. I have been in talks with my bank and started a claim and Paris City Vision accepted to refund LESS THAN THE 80 to 90% so its going to be another month before I get my money back JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Wonderful. All day private guided tour of Monet's House and Garden, and the Palace of Versailles. Fabulous guide Cecilia was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. Everything was handled for us; skip-the-line tickets to everything, lovely lunch at a terrific country restaurant, comfortable small van transportation, and pick up and drop off. A great day.
