That allows them to stand out from many of the other bee supply companies since I have found that some of the others will wait 3 or 4 days to send. They have a good inventory usually and their online catalog is easy to use and professional. When there has been any issues they are willing to stand behind their products and offer a refund or exchange. Really this is just a good all around supply company to do business with.
