Bit hard to find the first time. So go early. Got confused with Airport Park & Fly which is a totally different mob. Booked on line for a week of undercovered valet style parking and obtained a discount as an NRMA member. Worked out significantly cheaper than parking at the Sydney International Airport. I just dropped my car off at reception, hopped on a shuttle and was dropped of at the airport. On return, went to the pickup area, bay 32 opposite Rydges Hotel, called, and a shuttle arrived within minutes. Collected the keys from reception and off I went. I have not used them for the Domestic Airport but suspect that it would be a lot more convenient than parking at the Terminal. The last time I parked there I had a very, very long hike from the car park to the terminal, so a drop off at the terminal by the Park and Fly shuttle would be fantastic. read more

Terrible company Terrible company, had to cancel, told me 7-10 days for refund. Then emailed after 10 days, then told me 3-4 weeks.. exactly on the last day of the 4 weeks I get a refund Minus 15% for f##k all. Didn't even get the full refund.. steer clear !!!!!! read more

Long term or short term parking at Sydney airport. Used them many many times and while they are fine for domestic the are dreadful for international. They do a shuttle that drops you at the terminal and picks you up and while domestic is always without incident international is another story. The pick up is far and if you get in early they don't have the regular pickups. Twice now after the 13 hour flight from California have we been left to wait 40 minutes and the phone not answered. Last time was the worst as we were waiting with about 8 other people and they didn't even say sorry. I wont be using them for international again. read more

Wow what a great service! This company employees mostly older men which seem to enjoy their jobs and provide a great friendly efficient service. Booked online, dropped my car off and after a quick checkin, away we went to the airport on a shuttle mini bus that was awaiting. We were dropped of at the doors so quick and easy. When we came back we had a short walk to the bus but within 5 mins we were on our way back to the car. A super quick car pick up and payment and away we went. Defiantly will be using this company again. read more

Use this service! I have just used Park n' Jet (competitor) because it was slightly cheaper, but let me say it was the worst service I have ever had... for anything. Whilst we were waiting at the arrival terminal I watched at least 6 Park & Fly vans pick up happy customers and help them load their bags into the van. The Park n' Jet service was beyond rude. Very disappointing & a warning to prospective clients. We have used ParknFly for many years until recently. On collecting our car after a weekend conference, our key showed evidence of damage, a deep gouge, in the plastic housing for a keyless ignition car. The management indicated the CCTV shows no evidence of the key being dropped (highly unlikely to cause a deep gouge anyway) & no employee acknowledges damage, therefore Park'nFly void responsibility. Apparently, T&C of entry support management's response. Shame about the customer service for a long standing & regular customer, no longer. read more

Rude and disrespectful - I used park and fly for the first time on the 18 December 2017. the drop off was so efficient. The guy were quick and ready to assist and we were really relaxed for our overseas trip. However upon returning on the morning of the 28 December 2017, we were very disappointed. Apart from being tired and jetlag, we were dealing with our grizzly three year old. Park and Fly came 30minutes late to the pick up zone despite us calling us as soon as we picked up our luggage and the many times after. We fetched our keys from a really rude mature man at the 'key pick up counter' who seemed unhappy to be at work. He then expected us to just know where to go with our 3 large pieces of luggage and child and when we were unsure he shouted angrily to his colleague (Sid who actually came to help me) "oh I have already told them where to go' without looking at me yet talking about me to Sid. I found that offensive and rude as my child and I are not objects but human beings. I will never use their service again. Charissa read more
