Now I can't stop going back! The roomy carpark has 2 hours free parking, then upstairs you're greeted with a sunny and fashionably modern courtyard lined with cafes and shops. This is the curative for my hatred of shopping centre cafes: with plenty of outdoor seating under broad umbrellas. There's a Cicco Cafe, Pattison's Patisserie and Simone Logue, as well as a Harris Farm, Hudson Meats, Chickens Plus and even a bookshop! And for parents it's too easy with a daycare and medical centre right upstairs. You may be perched right on the express way, but Stockland Cammeray is a very well designed spot.

There is a Harris Farms here for grocery shopping and Hudsons Butchers, Pattison's Bakery, Simone Logue and a few other cafes and restaurants like Wild Sage, Cha Cha and so on. I believe there are also some other shops like salons and book shop etc. There is 2 hour free parking here and the carpark is spacious. It's easy to get in and out of this place and its been a nice addition to the suburb. There is a medical centre some offices and a daycare in this centre. It's quite busy day or night with shoppers and restaurant goers. I like the space here and its open and welcoming. Not bad for a suburban shopping centre.

Salvation awaits you on level 5 of Chatty Westfield!…read more Now, I don't know about you, but when I think of a Medicare office I think of dilapidated '80s office with linoleum floors and a crush of humanity afflicted with every awful ailment known to man - bubos, influenza, smallpox, crushed and broken limbs - coughing and hacking and clutching receipts in trembling (probably filthy) hands. The reality isn't anywhere near as grim, they've up-staffed with young, sharp, extremely helpful staff who are *gasp* actually efficient, and the ticket system kept me waiting for a total of four (4) minutes. And even though I brought an expired Medicare card by accident, the guy still processed my refund. I'm actually a little disappointed it wasn't a crappier experience because now I have nothing to whinge about. I'm at my best when I'm whinging.

Obviously, either nobody called me or because my surname is hard to pronounce its been mispronounced and I easily missed it as there is no ticketing system. They call people by names so its very easy to be missed and You have no idea when it's going to be your turn. The rude lady refused to put me back in the Q or take a new appointment. After looking for parking for 45 mins and waiting for over 2 hrs I ended up to leave the office with crying eyes. I lodged a complaint with Medicare about this and the rude lady with Medicare. STAY AWAY FROM MEDICARE CHATSWOOD. Some people don't know anything about humanity !!!!!

Why do we have to do this? Because the contact button does not actually connect to anyone or even worse to someone who refuses to do anything. I have reported times to Wilson. But, no action seems to have been taken apart from at least moving the person who answers (once you back your car up and go to the lowest level of the car park to find a machine that actually contacts Centre) to Australia rather than offshore . Do not park in this car park if you want to actually get out on time and without major stress.

But I tend to use this carpark for evening visits to the city, when after 5pm the rate is only $10 (it used to be $9 until recently, too). Still, that's a bargain to park within throwing distance of all those Chinatown restaurants, the George St cinemas and any other manner of city delights. There's nothing worse than being stung with a parking ticket, or looping streets for eons looking for a park. Sometimes its worth throwing a bit of money at the problem and parking someone secure and handy. It makes bringing a carload of friends or family into town for the evening really quite affordable.
