DO NOT LIVE HERE. Loved the apartments at first. I had planned on having my kitty living with me but plans changed and so I didn't even have her in the apartment. It took them forever to get my pet deposit back, and I was charged 2 months pet rent when I didn't even have a kitty living with me. I had issues with flies and cockroaches constantly.. Which seems to be a reoccurring issue for more than just my apartment, I had my ac go out twice, while pregnant in the 95 degree texas heat, and there was a constant leak from the ceiling in my bathroom. And as anyone in the Houston area knows about Hurricane Barryl, it caused the office to be closed (phone lines included) for about a week to week and a half. I wasnt able to put my 60 day notice in until the office was open again (July 12). they're charging half months rent when I moved out on the 3rd of the month, plus 3 months worth of water bills, which they don't tell you about not charging your first 2 months of water bills for some reason. I was told the amount I owed and then randomly 2 extra water bills appeared on the remaining bill. In my opinion that should be brought up as I'm signing the 60 day notice, and paying $900 to break my lease. Almost $800 owed to an apartment I haven't lived in since the 3rd of the month. Not to mention, you have to pay an arm and a leg to even get the lease started up. Not happy, And I do not recommend living here, they will charge you for anything and everything to try to get the most amount of money out of you. read more

The complex is ok. For the most part accommodating. But be aware of the false advertising on their website. They state apartments have ceiling fans but they do not, and then they want to charge you for putting some in! read more

Really bad and mean customer service. They will take advantage of you especially if you're not a native English speaker. You have to carefully memorize everything on the leasing contract. Also, cockroaches are everywhere. read more

I am at a loss of what to do here. I have lived in this complex for 2 years (a different management owned it at the time I arrived.) my first year was great! I even decided to upgrade. I was previously in building 7, but enjoyed the complex. I decided to sign a longer lease and move to a larger unit in building 4. That's where I messed up. I have had roaches constantly. 5-10 a day. The little small ones!!!! On the day we moved in, there were tons of dead beetles, spiders, and roaches in the apartment. I had figured it was because they had sprayed the unit and it had been vacant. I didn't think much of it and had my mom come help clean the unit. Within a week of arriving to the new unit , I noticed there were lots of issues in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Only 3/4 burners on the stove worked, the microwave had a short circuit so you had to hold it a certain way for it to work, the garbage disposal didn't work, lights not working, etc. but I am not a person who complains much. I have just been living with the microwave/stove issue. Changed the lights myself and fixed the garbage disposal myself. But it leads me to believe that the alliances were never changed after the previous tenant lived here. And that is important for what I am about to tell you. Within that week of arrival we started seeing more bugs. But these were alive. I noticed they come out of drains, but mostly under the dishwasher/fridge/stove. Anytime after washing dishes, when I open the dishwasher to unload, they scatter out from under and in it! I notified the apartments of the issue and they stated that they would send an exterminator. You can only use the apartments exterminator that they have a contract with and he only comes on Thursdays. Previously, I was working on Thursdays. But when I came home, there would be a card in my unit saying it had been treated and there may be more activity than usual because they are luring the bugs out. Okay... but there has never ever since been a decrease in activity. This went on about a month of having him come out weekly while I wasn't present. I then switched my off days so I could be in the unit when he arrives. He came in, but a bait trap in one cabinet, and left. This unit needs so much more than that. There is an INFESTATION of roaches here. It needs more than a bait trap. They are infesting the appliances and drains. The following week (this week) I called management and asked them to put me on the list for him to stop by on Thursday. I wrote out a letter I would leave him if I wasn't home. When I called the office, the lady was very confusing. I was told up until this point for extermination services, I had to call. She was now saying to go online. I told her there is no option for it online, I was informed to call. She said okay and took my info. Thursday (today) comes and I happened to be off. I waited.. and waited... no one ever came. I have sprayed the unit myself but like I said, it needs way more than that. It doesn't even put a dent in the roaches here. Previously, I was too scared to move the fridge or other appliances. Because I KNOW that's where they are coming from. But I am fed up. I got a flash light and camera, I moved the fridge and there were TONS OF ROACHES that scattered everywhere. They ran into the electrical outlet/wires connecting the fridge, into the fridge vent, and under the fridge. I will be sending the video to the office tomorrow. This company is known for tacking on fees when clients move out. And I know they will try to blame me for this infestation, but if it were my fault, I would've had an issue in building 7 where I lived for a year. I never had an issue with pests in building 7, but I have in building 4 since day one. I can't live like this, it is not sanitary. I have been battling it for 9 months now. Their only solution is to send the exterminator, who places a bait trap. I can put a bait trap down myself. I need these appliances replaced and the unit sprayed. I am going to call the office in the morning. I cannot live like this anymore!!! read more

Definitivamente me canse de este lugar. No recomiendo para nada alquilar aca. Empezando porque es totalmente inseguro desde que estoy aca han sido multiple los robos de autos, le rompen las ventanas a los autos le roban las llantas todas las noches el asqueroso olor a marihuana hasta en la piscina que es un lugar para pasarlo agradable siempre has personas consumiendo marihuana que nisiquiera tienen pudor a las familias que alli este simplemente les vale! Cantidad de perros pitbull es incriminar como una persona va a pasear 3 de esos perros soy amante a las mascotas como nadie pero esos perros son muy agresivos e imparables a la hora de atacar. El fin de semana vi como se llevaron un carro robado de nuestros parqueaderos pasado el dia del robo aun no daban respuesta de las oficinas y para colmo descolgaron el teléfono para no recibir llamadas. Que solucion me dan ? Ninguna como siempre. Como es posible que vive una persona detras del basurero que hay en el edificio 7 el cual el sujeto consume alcohol diariamente y el apestoso olor a marihuana. cuando me mude ese mes vi recorer a la policia pero en todo lo que va del año mas nunca han dado vueltas por el complex sin importar la cantidad de robos sucedido en el mismo. Me canse de que en mi bill del mes siempre me estén cobrando algo extra como el Bendito insurance premium el cual mas de 5 meses haciendo el reclamo del porque me lo cobran si yo tengo ya el mio desde que me mude. Definitivamente *ineficaz. *Inseguro totalmente *costoso *sucio porque desde que estoy aca nunca han limpiando el pasillo del edificio donde vivo. Ademas de haber siempre orine de perro y hasta escremento. NO VUELVO A RENOVAR NI RECOMENDAR. read more
