DO NOT USE SKYGATE for Orlando parking!!!! Website gives incorrect directions, customer service speak very poor English. We followed the procedure for pickup at the airport. NO SHOW FOR PICKUP!! Took an uber to the lot, found only a guard at the lot. Guard said we were the 3rd group that day that had to find a taxi to the lot. No employees were working. Vehicle was parked outside the gate with the keys on the dash. Shady company! Dirty lot with broken gates. read more

This was by far the worst parking experience I've ever had, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time, your car's safety, and making your flight. From the moment we arrived, everything went downhill. It took over 30 minutes for the one person at the front to check in just four cars. We had a flight to catch, and this completely set us back. Then, we were told to park our own car and leave the key inside. I have a vehicle app, and throughout our entire trip my car showed as unlocked. So they leave every car unlocked with keys inside, a car thief's dream and a huge safety concern. Next came the shuttle disaster. They advertise shuttles every 10-15 minutes, yet we waited more than an hour. When the shuttle finally arrived, the driver didn't help with bags at all. We barely made our flight and walked in at the very last call. Coming back was just as bad, actually, worse. I called for pick-up and was told they'd be there in 15-20 minutes. We waited ANOTHER full hour. And instead of a shuttle, a cramped minivan showed up, forcing a group of frustrated travelers to squeeze in like sardines. Everyone had been calling repeatedly and getting the same inaccurate "15-20 minutes" response. When we finally returned to the lot, they said someone would bring our car up. We waited 30 minutes, and no one ever came. Thankfully, I could see the location of my car on my app and went to get it myself, no employees were even back there. And to top it all off, my car had been parked under a tree and is now full of ants. Save yourself the stress, delays, and damage. Unless you enjoy almost missing your flight, being stranded for hours, and finding your car infested with ants, choose literally any other airport parking. This place should not be in business. read more

Our car was on the lot, unlocked with the keys inside. There is NO security and someone could have stolen our car. read more

I use to to Fly a lot years ago and always used this facility with no problems. So it has been a few years. Last week I was flying out so I tried to use this Parking again. Pulled in and now there is this kiosk that required a pin #. I didn't have a pin so I pulled up to talk to the attendant on duty. He didn't speak any English!! The lot has a "shady" appearance (no sign for "SkyGate", it said "Park and Bark.") There was no driver present upon our arrival. After a 50 minute wait a substitute arrived. As a result, not sure if everybody on the late shuttle caught their flight. The shuttle did not run 24/7 every 15 minutes as promised. There was no shuttle service from the airport back to the parking lot, we had to hire a taxi to return to "SkyGate". There were no representatives on site. 3 stars now because busses consistently still super hot. However also they got rid of covered parking and so many random spots are just blocked off with cones and end up parking further and further away. The biggest reason for 3 stars is that the buses need to be upgraded and with ac it's Florida and the bus is as hot as it is outside. Drivers always friendly and helpful with bags though read more

It's a good thing they're closing. I've used this facility for years with success. A month ago I made a 3 week reservation to return Feb 10, 2024. There was no notice of a closure and the website let me make my full reservation. Imagine my surprise when I returned at 9PM to find out the shuttle service had been suspended. I had to take an Uber to get my vehicle. My vehicle had been moved WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE to another area of the property. I've attempted to reach management here with other issues with no response. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish. My main concern was how responsive and available shuttles would be at awkward times during midnight and 5am. Just as advertised, the shuttles operate 24/7. I was also concerned on how tight parking would be but there is enough space between each car and plenty of room to park. The shuttle also picks you up and drops you off at your vehicle. The two women at the entrance were very kind and helpful when I arrived. The shuttle was already waiting when I got there. Both drivers José and Rene were professional and kind. When my flight arrived I had no issues calling the line and being picked up timely. I greatly appreciate the smooth experience, hope, and look forward to consistent exceptional service in the future! And lastly, reasonably priced. I recommend! It took one hour from the time we arrived in the parking lot to the airport!! The driver said they only had 2 drivers working on a Sunday afternoon . The parking lot is very run down with potholes, poorly paved , the spaces are poorly marked and the lighting through the lots is very bad. There is also a homeless/tent dweller living in the bushes by spaces 80-90. read more

Why park here? Well, it's cheap, convenient, the busses are funky, they pick you up right at your parking spot, I've never waited more than 10 minutes when I return to MCO, and... there's extras. Lots of them. Want your car detailed? They do that. Mechanical work? yep. Although they don't have a kennel on the property anymore, they have something worked out for your dog- best check ahead for details. Parking under shade? you bet. Got an EV? They have TWO level 2 J1772 chargers all powered up and ready for you. I like them, and by golly, they have my loyalty. read more

Like the name suggest! What did I get Parking...? I have parked her a number of times both uncovered and covered. I like the covered area, it is close to the front. The covered area just has a shelter over the car, it is no garage. But the uncovered area is very big and they have cameras all over and will be able to send someone to pick you up right at your car. They pick you up and they write your spot for you, make sure you take a picture or keep a record of it! The lot is fairly near the airport. Takes about 15-20 mins to get there once you are on the bus. There are busses often, I never had to wait more than 5 mins to get on a bus. Environment Most of the time I went at night, it was quite safe. I can't imagine how big the parking lot is, I have never experienced a shortage of parking space and you should be worried about being far because they do pick you up. Niceness of Staff The gate staff is relatively nice. The drivers are nice, they write down the spot you parked at and also take your luggage if needed. Dollar It wad 10.99 for covered and 8.99 for uncovered parking. They also give student discount! There is also employee and military discounts. My student discount was 10% Yes? Definitely my preferred place of parking if not at the airport. Once I go one place that is it! I don't really try other places cause this one has worked for me so far. No issues. read more

Awesome customer service, fast pick-up, and very economical. I don't trust many offsite parking locations because they seem dark and off of a beaten path. Park Bark & Fly is 3 minutes north of the airport on Semoran. Their shuttles make frequent runs to the airport and there's always a bus going through their own parking lot picking up travelers heading to the airport. Sign up for their frequent travel club and get the advertised discounted rates (and gather points for free parking and other promotions). For my 5-7 day trips, I usually do the uncovered parking for $5.99. For longer trips I'll do covered parking for a couple dollars more a day. Overall, I've not had any complaints and will park there again. read more

We just parked our car for less than 4 days at Park , Bark and Fly and were charged $100. We have been parking at this location for years at a fee of $8 a day. Their fee changed to $19.99 a day . Together with taxes and service charges , we payed $100. We had no choice to go to anther parking lot because we came with enough time to make our flight. $100 for 3 and a half days is taking advantage of their customers. DO NOT park at this location, they take advantage of their customers. read more

I've parked at Park Bark at least 2 dozen times in the last decade and each time it seems to get more expensive, more time consuming, and the parking spaces less desirable. My most recent experience took place holiday season so some leeway there. When I arrived I was shown to a grass lot outside of the normal parking to park. A handful of young people didn't know where to place people, kept standing in front of where we were asked to park. I told them if you want us to park you have to move out of the way. They finally loaded my bag into a shuttle and handed me my location ticket. Note: You can leave the ticket you receive at the gate in your car, you have to have your location ticket on your person for them to find your car when you return. Except... I received a location ticket but it didn't have any information on it except the day I arrived. No row or mark of any sort to indicate where I was parked. I knew I was in the cow pasture but not much more. So we circled that, dropped off some folks, went back out into the paved area to drop off everyone but me. Looped back in to the pasture, me frantically hitting my key fob waiting for my car lights to light the way. The guy kept asking me where I parked and I'm like, I rely on you guys to remind me where I park! We finally sherlocked out that I was one of the first ones to park in that area so I must be in one certain place. Finally we found my car and got me loaded up. This guy was nice in helping me but he seemed frustrated too by the lack of info on my location ticket. It must have rained because the ground was muddy and smelled like manure, hence me referring to it as a cow pasture, that isn't a euphemism. My grand total seemed like a lot at checkout so I asked for a receipt. As you can see there's a parking fee (8.99 x 7 = 62.93), airport access fee (1.00), florida sales tax (4.16), and an airport privilege fee (6.39) for a grand total of $74.48. Next time I'll Uber for cheaper and save myself time and money. read more

This place is huge and not even necessary to make a reservation. We booked Lyft to catch the early morning flight on busy holiday season and it didn't show up on time. Waited about 15 min and still didn't show up, so we decided to drive by ourselves and use Park Bark & Fly. We could park without any problem and shuttle was right there waiting for us, it took only 5-6 min to the airport. We are very pleased for their service! When we came back, to find a shuttle was easy and almost no waiting time and they brought us right back to our car. We definitely use them again whenever we fly! read more

We looked online and found uncovered parking here for 7.99 a day with a reservation. You pay upon returning to your vehicle. Upon arriving, we parked towards the back of the lot under a tree and immediately we were picked up by a bus. The man was helpful loading our stuff onto the bus. Upon picking up our vehicle, we called a few minutes after landing and the bus pulled up as soon as we got to the spot. The lady driver did not help with loading or unloading of our items. We left the lot and before paying we mentioned that we had a reservation and reserved the 7.99 spot. (I didn't realize until we left that Yelp had the same deal). The lady that was helping us was the same lady that drove the bus. She acted as if she had never heard of that deal before then said something about needing our reservation number. For 10 days at 7.99 a day the total came to 94 dollars and change. We asked why it was so expensive and the lady said there were 14$ in taxes. Upon reviewing the receipt, there were 3 miscellaneous fees not just taxes. It would have been better if the fees were up front and included in the price. The rate is very competitive but if we would have known about all the fees a different parking place may have had better pricing. read more

I left my car there during our trip to Puerto Rico. Great Service! Very easy to make a reservation in advance on their website, and then just scan the confirmation and drive right in. They also accept walk ins if you'd rather deal with a real person at the gate. Found a place to park right away and their shuttle busses are running all the time; picked me up right at my car and drove directly and quickly to the airport, stopping at each customer's airline drop off site. On return- their bus was right there at the ground transportation level and quickly got me back to my car. Was worried it may take longer since I left from the new airport Terminal "C" but it was just a few minutes drive. Prices are much lower than parking at the airport so its well worth it. I highly recommend Bark and Fly; they not only pick you up and drop you off, but they load your luggage and unload your luggage. This business is one of the greatest. I had a difficult morning trying to make an early flight and when we arrived here they came quickly, bagged us and got us to the airport quickly and safely...I had to hold on, but I didn't mind because I had my flight in sight and they made sure we arrived safely and timely. I have this statement about Bark and Fly that "if you miss your flight, its not because of this company." Their mission is to get you there quickly and safely by taking some of the load off and Bark and Fly did that!" I was running late, but you made me feel like I gained back some of my time. I absolutely love them...they are renovating to enlarge their property and its not hard to understand why; because good service causes you to grow. Look forward to using them every time I fly. I found this on a last minute before we headed out to the airport because our usual airport parking has been booked for days (crazy). No reservation necessary according to the woman on the phone, but we still reserved on line (just to make sure). The parking was way beyond but still almost full of vehicles. They have shuttle service like their competitors. However when you arrive at the airport you'll have to call them. You won't speak to anybody but it's like to let them know that there are people waiting. Overall experience was good! Plus when you check-in at Yelp. You'll get the 5.99 rate per day instead of 8.99(uncovered parking). My husband and I agreed we'll park here next time we fly. read more

Noemi at Park Bark n Fly helped me my having your staff do a thorough check of the area around my vehicle, inside my vehicle by looking through the window, and by having the shuttle driver check their vehicles. Our preferred location closed down so we decided to give this place a try. When we parked and were taken to the airport, our driver told every person who boarded the bus how tired she was, and how she'd been working since 3am (it was 2pm when we boarded). Not exactly what you want to hear someone driving you around say... When we returned from our flight, there was a bus at the airport however the driver was nowhere to be found. We put our own bags on the bus. No help there--no big deal but a bit surprising since you're paying for these services and conveniences. The driver waited at the airport even though the bus was full. After finally realizing that yes, the bus was in fact packed to capacity, we took off. Upon returning to our car we found it was COATED in dirt. Probably because they park you in an abandoned field. After paying $70 for a week, we don't exactly expect to need a car wash after that...they do have a "car wash station" that looked like a glorified sprinkler for your car, and they of course charged a fee for that. Park Bark and Fly? More like Park Bark and BYE. We will not be back and I will not recommend this location to others. read more

I have been a flight attendant in Orlando for many years. As you can imagine I have parked everywhere offsite MCO that there is to park. Anywhere you park can get you from point A to point B in a timely fashion. What sets this place apart is Jojo. Jojo is a cashier that works nights at Park Bark and Fly. When I first started parking, she was the first to recognize me and make me feel at home. As time went on, my old car started to break down while I was in the lot and (especially at night) I always felt safe. Jojo always made conversation and offered advice. Jojo who was a complete stranger when I started parking there is like my second mother. In fact, I have directed most of my airline friends including my father who is a pilot to park at PBF just so they could have the pleasure of meeting Jojo.. I have never seen this woman without a smile on her face. I am just one person, but I wish I could write her a million compliments. Hopefully someone will see this and give her a raise, and thank her for always making my long sometimes not so good days and turning them around! read more

(From an airline aircrew) This is a lack luster business as compared to its competitors at the Orlando International Airport! Our flight arrived during the early early morning hour of 0100 on Monday, 20 Feb; at 0119 the 1st call was made for a pick up at Terminal A (I've been doing this for over 11 years now, so I know exactly where to go for this pick up location). Second call was made at 0144 to speak to the attendant on duty at the main entrance booth; she claimed that her female driver has been at Terminal A & didn't see anyone! There were 1/2 dozen of us standing there for the past 25 minutes! About 10 minutes after the 2nd call, a shuttle showed up with a male driver which indicated to me there were at least two drivers on duty...and during this early hour of the morning traffic is literally no factor (it'd take at most 10 min to drive to/from the airport)...& it took about 35 min for one shuttle to show. During this time Park Bark & Fly's competitors have had shuttles show up & left on a regular basis; especially Fast Park & Relax which had 3 shuttle rotations before one of Park Bark & Fly showed. For the occasional travelers this outfit may just luck out & score good reviews with a timely shuttle pickup/dropoff; but for me who's been doing this commute for over 11 yrs, this business is piss poor at best! Time to look for better service! read more
