Worst experience in my 68 years. After seeing plenty of advertisements on the local news my girlfriend and I decided to stop in and look for bedroom and living room furniture. We were met by a very pleasant sales person offering her assistance and drinks including alcohol. We spent at least 2 hours and with the assistant managers help (our sales person was new to the job) we purchased over $14,000.00 in Furniture with the understanding it will take 10 weeks to get the bedroom furniture. All had to be paid upfront including delivery fee. After the 10 week period was up I attempted to call on several occasions, at this point I lost count, 2 of which from Joe and Scott who thought my experience was funny and Joe's tone was harassing, attempting to escalate a tense situation. 17 weeks later and plenty of excuses still no furniture. read more

I went to the store in person and they said they had called me to set up a delivery time, but I had no call from them on my phone. Not returning calls and lying about it are bad business practices. communication was the absolute worst, Ryan when I spoke with him about it was great and understanding, Diana is one of the worst customer service appliance desk people I have ever dealt with, and Chuck the service tech is outstanding, I hope my dryer is finally fixed and have been dealing with GE about it and the service I have been receiving. The customer should not be the one constantly calling in this day and age of technology, shooting out an email letting the customer know updates if something is going to take longer goes a long way. We spent a couple thousand dollars buying furniture there 2 Years ago: Sofa, Chair, coffee tables and freezer, Upon delivery, the middle section of our sofa was broke. They claimed the replacement section had to be shipped from China. After a year and many calls, the replacement piece came and...it didn't fit!! After another six months (and more unreturned calls & a visit to the store in person), they tell me ANOTHER REPLACEMENT will be coming FROM CHINA in 8 weeks!! We have been with a broken sofa for over 2 years!! They will pass the buck when it comes to servicing your purchase. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! read more

We purchased a refrigerator from the Park Home website. Approximately 5 days later, we received a message that this refrigerator was discontinued, and no longer in production. "Ryan" was absolutely no help. We expressed our frustration that an out-of-production item was still listed on the website and that it took several days before this error was discovered (and this was after calling in to the store to confirm the purchase). The money was already taken from our account. Ryan had no response to this, and indicated we would receive a full refund the following business day. That hasn't happened. We were also told that if we would have purchased in-person or by phone, we would have received an immediate refund. This information was conveyed in a manner that sounded critical and condescending. I went there looking for a couch. Someone asked me if I needed help. And convinced me I needed a dining room table too and then had me try for financing which I was approved. But the payment they offered me was much higher than what I wanted. I felt backed into a corner so we left. We went to big lots and bought a nice couch there. $900. Instead of just selling is a couch and making money they lost out on a customer bc they were too pushy. read more

My wife and I recently bought a Whirlpool refrigerator (a floor model) and we had issues with the freezer from the start. We went into the store to report the issue and was told a person would be out to troubleshoot but a appointment needed to be scheduled. The original appointment was offered 3 weeks later which was unacceptable so another one was offered in a week. The repairman arrived today and noticed the freezer did not have a gasket to seal it (sent from the store in that condition). He did not have one to replace it but one was supposed to arrive today. Meanwhile my freezer is frozen solid from the humidity entering through the seal less door. All the food is freezer burnt and the unit is still not repaired. We tried to keep our money local but this company has been a disappointment. read more

I used to think Park furniture was a shining example of quality and service.....WOW has that changed. You can still purchase name brand products and such and after the sale they tout what a great warranty service they have and you're led to believe you're covered from A to Z with your purchase. What a crock, all the warranty does is let them pocket more of your money. It's pretty much not worth the paper it's written on. Their promises are words in the wind, They talk a good game but don't buy into it. I'd seriously suggest looking around at other retail furniture and appliances stores before even walking into Park. My advice is buyer be ware. I WOULD NOT recommend buying even a clearance lamp from them. read more

Used to be their customer for over 25 years. I bought a leather living room set and months later the recliner broke in 3 out of the 4 pieces. They promise to get them fixed but never did, they send a repair peraon that charged me $90 just to check the furniture and they never came back. I tried and tried to call them until they quit taking my calls. i will never buy anything from them again and would not recommend them to anybody. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. read more

The staff was helpful but not invasive. Knew their products and recommended the best product for out needs. The delivery men were knowledgeable helpful and good at their job. Didn't just fling in the door and leave. They made sure things were right. We will definitely shop there again! read more

They do not stand behind their products. Once you leave the store with your purchase they wash their hands of you. Was literally told by management ( and I quote") this is gonna sound cold , but there is nothing we can do for you. I bought a Lg refrigerator for $3500.00 and the extended warranty plan for another $500.00. The compressor went in just a year and a half.lost 200.00 in food took 25 days to get it fixed and had to buy an apartment size fridge from Home Depot for $250.00. They sell you stuff along with a worthless $500 warranty then come up with excuse after excuse for three months as to why they haven't been out to your house to fix your $3000 TV. I'll bet there is only one customer in that whole store right now so you would think they would try to keep their existing customers happy and loyal, but no, you get pushed back and back till you feel like they are screwing you right up the you know what.
