Nico and Flavo just finished work on the ceiling in my family room. It had old water stains and was looking very shabby. I asked how much to replace it, [shark bite lever shut off, 30 bucks] he replied 325 dollars, I said forget it, ok he replied. Gathered up his equipment and said the floor was a little wet and I didn't have any rags. Ok, I will get it. I went down, there was waste on the floor, tracked through the basement, talked about being pissed off. Keep in mind I am a 80 year old man.
