I have been a customer with them for years. I pay for six months at a time but still they often…read morecharge me bogus late charges that seem to be difficult to clear up. Prices have increased from $45/month to $95 in just a couple of years. My real problem with this place that the management refuses to address is the total mouse infestation problem. Attached is a photo of what I deal with in my storage unit on a weekly basis. No exaggeration on my part, and no customer service solutions on their part. In fact they tell me not to use poison because there are birds nesting and not to use traps because it attracts more mice. There is mouse p*ss and sh*t covering all of my boxes

Was charged double the price for having 2 tents on my tent site (see image). There was no warning…read morethat I would be charged for having more than one tent on the site, even though both tents fit within the site bounds and the amount of people was allowed by the site. There is nowhere in their policies online or given to me at the site that there is a one tent per site rule. Be aware of this rule if staying here.
