I dropped off a piece of clothing for them and they told me to come and pick it up in a week. I came back the following week and they proceeded to tell me to come back after 5. When I dropped off the piece of clothing, they did not give me a specific time. This is very inconveniencing to someone who has a very busy schedule. I have been using Park Lakes for years. They are a solid cleaner. Never had a issue with them. They are always on time. I think over about 10 years once I got a shirt that belonged to someone else. They are much better on not destroying buttons than my last cleaner was. There is a closer cleaner that's easier to get to for me since I started going to Park Lakes. However when something works I continue to use it. Being a cleaner isn't easy work. It's long hours, lots of work and you are going to have some customers that aren't reasonable. Park Lakes Cleaners is my preferred dry cleaner in the area. They're always fast to get in and out, have a drive thru, and the express bags make drop offs in the morning a breeze. Once I forgot to pick up my clothes, called ahead, and they pulled my clothes and stayed there late so I could get them. I have to admit I'm not price sensitive on cleaners so I have no idea if they are competitive or overpriced. They do a good job and are friendly, so I'm on board. read more

Don't waste your money or time here. They ruined my comforter with multiple stains and refused to give me a refund for it. They wanted a "redo" that would take 3 additional days on top of the 3 they already had to get it right the first time. This place needs some AC like yesterday. Place is unbelievable HOTTTTT! Other than that been here once and seems ok. With all the other reviews I hope I dont have any other issues... but please fix your AC or turn it on if it works. You need to satisfy your customers and not have them sit there and sweat their butts off, especially when trying on your clothes to get them altered. The worst dry cleaning company I've ever dealt with. They have consistently gotten my order wrong on 4 consecutive occasions and management refuses to correct the issue. I continued to give them business to try and work with them; however, they have not gotten a single piece of my clothing right. They also refuse to give a refund for their errors and continue to make excuses instead of working with the customer to correct the issue. I tried Park Lake Cleaners because I thought that it would be more convenient. I get my clothes laundered weekly and I couldn't believe what they did to my Dockers on the first visit! It's in the neighborhood. They have a drive-thru. You can drop your clothes off through a drop box after hours. Reasonable prices. They stay open fairly late (7pm). Great customer service. What more can you ask for? read more

I've used this cleaners off and on for about 5 yrs and i shouldn't have to say a prayer every-time i pick up my clothes... How hard is it to not put creases in my pants and they do it 4/5 times...and when i ask them to remove the crease, I get my pants back like they didn't even try to get it out.. so I'm done paying someone to mess up my clothes and act like its no big deal....there has to be a better cleaners in this area and until I find it, I will wash and iron my clothes myself.... read more

My family and I had been customers of this establishment for several years. Unfortunately we've decided to take our business elsewhere after dealing with ignorant customers using the drive thru as a their own personal parking space, blocking all cars indefinitely behind them as they go into the cleaners with piles of clothes (the drive thru has a concrete barrier so there is no way to pull around stopped vehicles). As a mother of 3 very young children who are almost always with me, the drive thru was a convenience before the owners allowed it to be used at oblivious customers' leisure. I had gently voiced my frustrations for over a year and was always told by some teenage employee that there was "nothing they can do" as I and traffic behind me sometimes waited 10 minutes for the customer to move their car. I even spoke to the manager, noting it was a safety issue, not fair to other customers, and reminding her of the abundance of parking spaces surrounding the plaza. She refused to do anything. Can you imagine parking your car in a Chick-fil-A drive they and walking in to order your food? Ridiculous. They can keep their ignorant customers. After dreading future trips to there, we decided to go to Summercreek Cleaners down the road which has she same prices with convenient drive thru. Definitely recommend going there instead. read more

Dropped off my husband's X-Large jacket. Went back a few days later to get it, and they returned to me an older, faded, size MEDIUM jacket. When I complained, they told me I was wrong. She said her employees don't make mistakes. I find it hard to believe that there are perfect human beings working at dry cleaners. They refused to find my jacket, look for it, or replace the one they lost. They told me I was mistaken about the size of the jacket I dropped off. So I brought my husband IN the store to try it on, IN FRONT OF THEM. It wasn't long enough to cover his stomach, the sleeves were too short, and the jacket was too tight to even zip it up. They STILL refused to do anything about it. AND they kept the size medium they gave me by mistake. Horrible customer service, horrible way to handle loyal customers. Spoke little to no English and now my husband has NO jacket. This was a $200 Carhartt jacket I gave him as an early Christmas present. read more
