Plan was to increase child support immediately and take care of the retirements and other accounts that had been hidden. Several months later, the only thing brought before the court was a single retirement while my kids and I weren't making it financially. Lamar did not tell me he was only seeking settlement on one retirement, which took over 2 years due to inattentiveness and being "busy" with other cases. During that time he talked about wanting to withdraw from my case, and tried to talk me out of the original plan of increasing child support and settling all the accounts. He also told me my case was tiresome, and that he didn't want to deal with it - intentionally setting it to the side or putting it at "the bottom of the stack" (his stack of cases).
